I was feeding the homeless over the course of two weeks and stopped by 5 times for value meals using their drive through. For some reason, after ordering, they will STOP you from pulling up to the window. I finally asked the associate as to why are you stopping cars then waving them forward and he said there is a timer. I guess the home office has some oversight but they are too stupid to see that fulfillment times are wicked fast as a result. Pass.
Worst customer service. Making us to wait for long time even if we place the order online. Ordered chicken lollipop but crispy is missing. Also they are not providing sauces which we select online

KFC offers a big box 5 tenders meal with juicy tenders, cheesy and salty mac n cheese, and crispy fries. However, the biscuits are softer in texture and may not be preferred by all. The drive-through service can be slow, with a delay between the app's "ready to pickup" notification and actual readiness. While the staff is friendly, they may not be familiar with the KFC app and could benefit from additional training in English and app usage.
