This place is horrible. 5 people on line and the staff has no clue what's going on. Orders picked up by the wrong person. No manager taking the lead. Customers waiting for 30 minutes to get their order. A complete disaster. Left without ordering and will not be going back!
Employees are useless.
Food isn’t the issue . The staff is understaffed and can’t meet the demand . None of them speak English and it’s always a minimum 10-15 minute wait for FAST FOOD! They brush you off when you ask how long they say “one minute” then forget about you until you ask them again . They need more staff so they aren’t so slow . This is not FAST FOOD!

KFC offers a big box 5 tenders meal with juicy tenders, cheesy and salty mac n cheese, and crispy fries. However, the biscuits are softer in texture and may not be preferred by all. The drive-through service can be slow, with a delay between the app's "ready to pickup" notification and actual readiness. While the staff is friendly, they may not be familiar with the KFC app and could benefit from additional training in English and app usage.
