The place is not so clean they don't speak English and it seems like there prices keep going up for the pizza also when you want a delivery pizza comes cold and he charges you for napkins I stop ordering from there they speak no English at all I guess cause only Spanish go there but we have a right to order even if we don't speak English they need to update with someone who speaks English Im guessing this is a family pizzeria order from summit pizza summit Ave pizza is amazing the staff are bilingual and the owner is Italian and they do not charge for the napkins

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order on their website at 10:37 AM for a delivery scheduled at 12:30 PM for my staff. At 11:13 AM, I received an email confirming my order was received. However, by 12:37 PM, no one had contacted me and no pizza had been delivered, despite all my contact information being included in the order details.

I tried calling multiple times throughout the morning, but the line was always busy. I finally got through around 12:41 PM, and spoke with a woman who had difficulty understanding me. She handed the phone to a man, to whom I explained the issue and mentioned that I had already been charged. He was dismissive, attributing the problem to the web ordering portal and offering no solution. Despite my persistence, he did not attempt to contact me regarding the order.

A Spanish-speaking co-worker had to step in to help communicate, and only then did the man assure us that the delivery would arrive within 30 minutes. This call lasted about six minutes. I returned to work, but by 1:20 PM, there was still no delivery and no contact from the restaurant.

When we called back, we were told the delivery would take another 10-15 minutes as they were waiting for a driver. After another 25 minutes, we called again, and the man assured us the driver was on the way but then placed the phone down and never returned. Subsequent calls were met with a busy signal. I eventually went downstairs, and the driver arrived at 2:00 PM.

Despite the significant delay and inconvenience, no compensation or incentive was offered. This was particularly frustrating as the order was for my staff, many of whom were relying on this for their lunch.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I expected better service. Will never purchase from this restaurant again as they clearly don't value their customers.

The family sits in the back table one day I'm eating with my family and a kid was vomiting in the garbage as we are eating they touch money and wear no gloves and give you the look like we don’t belong there when in reality they don’t belong in america and they need to hire people who speak English these people who answer the phone know nothing English this is America get it together. We have a right to order and if we don’t speak Spanish. We have a right to have someone who takes orders on the phone to speaks English had to add in that I called to get a large pie of pizza and when I asked for napkins, she told me they charge for napkins. That’s insane. I’ll stick to summit pizzeria best pizza and they don’t charge for napkins.

The pizzas are very good, but the service is terrible, the lady who takes the orders is too much in that place. On several occasions I have placed orders and they never arrive, and on other occasions when I go to look for it they don't have it ready

I know that this is a restaurant and all but I have been eating food here since I was at least eleven years old and I'm 21 now but my favorite food here was hamburgers, now I don't really eat here anymore mostly because I grew out of it, but the hamburgers and pizza I don't really like to recommend, but I recommend the food that is homemade like, steak and sandwiches, breakfast as well, before the hamburgers were $8 and now their $13 each especially when I eat with my brother cost almost $30 but overall an average restaurant to eat with your family!

It is the best pizza, delicious, the service is super good, it treats you well, I love this restaurant, I wouldn't change it for anything, the pizzas are better than Domino's or Papa Johs, I recommend it Munero 1

The people who serve do not have hygiene, they touch the money and then put their hands in the food. They should at least wear gloves or have someone who is in charge of the money alone?

Great pizza great service the employees are respectful have no complaints

Pop & Mom shop owned, very good prices good Mexican dishes. I mainly go for the Mexican dishes lol. Last time I went , I had some fried Tacos with fried plantains, the food was recently made so it was warm & fresh. They offer delivery and take out and dine in. Different specials daily will definitely come back.
