We were looking for a healthier breakfast option and tried Vale’s omelette and the egg white frittata. Both were delicious and surprisingly satisfying (we usually opt for heavier options). The cappuccino was perfectly balanced smooth and not too strong. The cafe itself is kind of small, but still a great atmosphere with warm and inviting staff.

This has quickly become my home away from home… The staff is incredible and always make me feel like I’m home

The food is to die for there has been nothing that is mediocre… Even the salad I was impressed with and it’s just simple and basic, but you can tell they make it with the perfect amount of everything

Hands down the best breakfast/brunch spot. Yes, parking is hard but that’s the city life. We had a pary of 8 so we ordered a great deal of dishes, drinks and of course coffee. Everything was delicious - flavors carefully put together. For dishes like the egg salad toast ... never thought this combination would have me devour it. The kids enjoyed the churro waffle and the chicken sandwich. Flavors just blend so well it makes for a happy belly. Steak and eggs prepared...
