I just found this diamond in the rough today. Customer service was exceptional as well as great prices, work space, and food/drink quality in the area!

This location is shameful compared to the others. They have a horrible staff that refuses to answer the phone, close the store over a half an hour early, and sit on the counters where they seemingly prepare or at a minimum at least place food which in my eyes is incredibly unsanitary. Although the location appears nice from the outside, that couldn't be further from the truth as it appears that whoever was working at the time I had gone hadn't even bothered to clean. Maybe that's why they need to close down much earlier than not only they're Google listed hours, but the hours listed right on their front windows. I've never been left so frustrated and disappointed by a place I tend to like the food from. I usually go to the Secaucus location, and now I can understand why. This location is a shameful disgrace with terrible staff, unsanitary conditions, and overall provides an awful experience. I'd hope that it would be a one off situation that I had experienced, but judging on the staff. I'd argue to say it's probably the standard. Especially the man that was there. I do wish I had gotten his name because had it not been for him and his incredibly rude, disrespectful, and distasteful attitude. I probably wouldn't have been left so frustrated and annoyed by this experience. My only words to anyone thinking about going is the following. The Secaucus location is less than 10 minutes from this one. Do yourself the favor of just going there instead. My words for this specific location would be the following as well. Do better, get better, and maybe think of re-staffing the place.

Came in to eat but that day they didn’t have any food so we got bubble teas . Milk Thai tea and topiica. The staff was so nice and apologetic about not having food just drinks .they gave my wife extra bubbles in her tea . Will come back some other day just to try the food because the staff made our experience that much more special by going above and beyond .Parking: It’s difficult

My son and I came for dinner and really enjoyed the food. Cool place to eat in. Good service and will be going back! I had the Chicken Waffle Cone, and my son had the chicken sandwich, they were awesome! Also the Bubble Tea Drinks great!
kind of sad, i used to love this place. their prices have gone up so high that their wings are almost $20 by themselves .. like, without fries…. yikes. at least it’s good food when you do decide to dish out almost $50 for two

Ran into this place in Union City and it has soooo many options!!!! The service was amazing! She even gave us a free appetizer to try. We had the chicken waffle cone with fries and there are a variety of sauces you can put on it. I chose the honey soy which was great! My husband had the chicken sandwich which he said was great with Parmesan fries. He also had the shrimp ramen bowl which he said was good. The macaroni and cheese with popcorn chicken was good too. We had the strawberry splash drink and the passion fruit lemonade which both were great! Only thing is that they don't have water bottles for sale which was strange. Overall I recommend this place!
Interesting combination of chicken and waffle with a mozzarella stick! I'm now very curious to see what the restaurant looks like. This delivery was quick and everything was delivered hot. The meal also came with a side of fries. This dish was sweeter than expected but it did not disappoint. The chicken is dark meat and prepared in bite sized pieces similar to karaage or chicken 65. The marinade was more sweet than spicy, chili sauce adds a nice kick. The mozzarella stick was thicker than your average and has more of a baked and less crumble coating. I prefer this style actually. I left the sugar crystal coated waffle and sliced strawberries for breakfast the next day. This was tasty and you could see that this was a freshly made waffle vs something previously frozen. I ordered the Mac and Cheese as well. This was the first time I've had it served with a slice of orange and pineapple on top. There clearly is an emphasis on sweet foods here. This was creamy and unexpectedly delicious. I also ordered the coffee with strawberry popping boba. This was good but entirely too sweet after this meal. I really appreciate the little playful choices with their plating and that each item seems individually seasoned. Idk why the Mac and cheese came with a sweet roll, but I can imagine if you were ordering this for a kid, they would love every element of this dish.

The first time I went to try this local place. I walked in at 8:15 pm, sign at the door say they close at 8:30 pm and so did google. As I make my way in the two guys sitting inside tell me they are close. Things happen, I figure next time I show up earlier.I went there a second time two weeks later. This time I made it there at 8:05 pm, the door sign still says 8:30 pm and so does google. I walked in and two young ladies are waiting for their order, another lady and a guy are waiting for theirs. I waited for everyone to get served and once is my turn to order I was told that they were already closed, it wants not 8:30 pm yet.I can't help to point out that there were two guys behind the counter having shots of Jack Daniels and another guy just sitting using his computer plus the gentleman helping everyone else.Best of luck

I loved this place! The food was delicious and the space is gorgeous. The only negative thing is that my wife ordered a Passion Fruit Smoothie and on the menu it didn’t specify that they include other fruits on the drink. My wife is allergic to pineapple and the juice had pineapple so she couldn’t drink it. She took a sip and she had an immediate allergic reaction. So they should be more specific on the ingredients they use to avoid this.

Waffle and Bubble was a gem! We had the soy/honey chicken tenders and they were perfectly breaded and crispy. The meat was tender and the sauce was absolutely delicious. Fries were delicious, too. Taro and strawberry boba tea were tasty. Decor is inviting, person at counter was very nice. Restaurant was conveniently close to our North Bergen Super 8 motel.

I’ve passed W&B a few times, but was waiting for a craving. I ordered the Honey Soy Box and MY GOODNESS was this meal AMAZING. Every bite better than the last! I loved the presentation of the food and the special treat was so cute! Can’t wait to try other items. . . until next time =)
