The worst wingstop I have ever been to and I love wingstop. Absolutely terrible music playing from the kitchen that is obnoxiously loud. I got hot honey rub wings and for some reason they gave me plain WITH A SIDE OF HOT HONEY RUB. Why would i ever order a side of a rub and get plain wings?? They took forever and did not even god damn rub my wings. Mango habaneros were lacking sauce and were mildly bare. I asked if my order was right and if they could fix it after so long of them saying its how i ordered it he took it and came back within a minute with a whole other seasoning and a thick layer on my wings. The wings were so dark as well. This is so ridiculous. Honestly save your money and dont ever waste your time at this wingstop.

Very expensive. I was catering my girls basketball team lunch and they didn't even help me out with the cost. Promise food delivery at 11:00 when I placed order, didn't get until 12:05. Door Dasher didn't speak and understand English and confused about drop off even though I was trying to help with my location. Very difficult navigating in website and placing orders. Will never order from again and go through same experience.

Ordered delivery from here. Got four flavors: garlic parm - so dry... hard to eat. Spicy Korean q and mango habanero which had more sauce than the garlic parm but definitely could've been saucier... very disappointing. The fourth flavor was hickory smoked bbq which was also just ok. The service/food preparation was quick, which we appreciate but wish they spent more time on making sure the wings were more wet.

Horrible horrible horrible. I walked in and I wasn’t acknowledge whatsoever. I tried catching someone’s attention and he acted like he didn’t hear me. ON TOP OF THAT my food was done wrong and had to wait an additional 15 mins for my food. Horrible customer service. Highly recommend the wing stop in North Bergen.

I lost the receipt so I could not give feedback directly. Hopefully it goes to who it needs to go to. Got tenders and fries the tenders didn’t have enough sauce my meal was about $14.48 if it’s going to be overpriced it should be less fries and the tenders actually drenched in the sauce not drizzled.My biggest grievance with this place is I waited 40 minutes for tenders and fries. This is the most people I’ve seen in a food service production line yet all the orders were coming in slowly or in bulk. Somewhere within the half hour I decided to ask the cashier if my order is ready and she said it’s third in Que shortly she left and was not relieved by another cashier for about 15 minutes Uber delivery people and other customers where shouting out to the staff to get someone’s attention to assist all in the kitchen including what may have looked like the manager. Not to mention the young lady cleaning spraying chemicals near people although I can commend her on cleaning she should be a little cautious. There’s also no trash bin in site in this location which explains why the outside bins are filled to the brim. After 4-5 people I decided to check in to see maybe if one of the employees did not shout loud enough or from the look of the rack were disregarding some of the orders. It was there. Seriously management needs to get it together because this was pure chaos. I could have gotten wings in the pizzeria much faster or restaurant food. I try not to leave bad reviews unless it’s absolutely terrible and it was!
