wait time even on a slow day is over 20 mins. Orders are some times incorrect. Today I ordered to go 10 wings, fries, ranch dressing. I got home and they had only given me the wings. I paid $20.77, very upset but did not want to drive back.
I lost the receipt so I could not give feedback directly. Hopefully it goes to who it needs to go to. Got tenders and fries the tenders didn’t have enough sauce my meal was about $14.48 if it’s going to be overpriced it should be less fries and the tenders actually drenched in the sauce not drizzled.My biggest grievance with this place is I waited 40 minutes for tenders and fries. Ordered delivery from here. Got four flavors: garlic parm - so dry... hard to eat. Spicy Korean q and mango habanero which had more sauce than the garlic parm but definitely could've been saucier... very disappointing. The fourth flavor was hickory smoked bbq which was also just ok. The service/food preparation was quick, which we appreciate but wish they spent more time on making sure the wings were more wet.
