Disappointing Experience – Poor Service All Around
I was looking forward to taking my family out dining here, but unfortunately, the service ruined our experience. From the start, the waiter seemed disinterested and inattentive. We waited an unreasonably long time just to place our order, and when one of the food finally arrived,one of the orders was was incorrect and lukewarm. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Overall, a very disappointing visit, and we won’t be returning.

Not wheel chair friendly From the parking lot to the door
Stopped in for a bite after visiting Kean University, and this local Applebee's didn't disappoint! We ordered the Wonton Tacos, and they're just as good as the last time that I had them years ago. My steak was flavorful and the sides were up to par. I would definitely return if I'm in the area!

I usually come here because it's near my house. Service is usually good, with attentive staff. My most recent visit, I didn't care for the seating (I asked for table of 7 and the put is in a tight spot in the corner) and someone brought their dog. I love dogs, but they have no place in any type of eatery just out in the open no carrier or anything. Outside of the poor seating and the dog being inside we enjoyed our food.
