I came here tonight around 11:21 pm, we got seating quickly however we sat and waited for almost 15 minutes and the server didn’t acknowledge us until 11:37pm. I was extremely disappointed as the waiter said we couldn’t order all of our drinks all at once (4) for 2 people because of his lateness and the store closing soon. He gives us the stankest attitude and says he was walking back and forth we were never here as if i don’t have the time stamp on my receipt from Walmart that proves i left Walmart at 11:15 and took 5 minutes to drive two and a half miles to this Applebees location to just sit a wait in a seat unacknowledged for 15 minutes 😂 and i knew they closed at 12 and i knew I would need more than 1 drink and was being CONSIDERATE THAT WORKERS HAVE TO GO HOME. I tried to talk to a manager and she was the one making drinks a girl with red hair went to talk to her for me. And the manager says the same thing and sent the girl over to relay the message (unprofessional again) Nevertheless, the first drink came out good then when we ordered a second drink it tasted like just juice so we requested a remake of the drink and they said the bar is closed. (Exactly what i was trying to avoid) but yet they were still making drinks for other people. I felt like they were playing in my face as customers. First strike was the 15 minute wait to be seen by a waiter, second strike was we couldn’t order the amount of drinks we wanted after THIER MIS-HAP AND insinutating that we lying or something about waiting 15 minutes 😂, 3rd strike they made the drink with absolutely no alcohol the last time, the FOURTH STRIKE WAS THAT THEY WERE SERVING OTHER PEOPLE STILL. What a joke, all because me and my man was trying to be considerate 😂 never coming back here it’s wierd, petty and dirty. The manager was a lady with glasses and braids and the server had a damn attitude like he was the one waiting for 15 damn minutes a old Hispanic man! Sick to my stomach by this place absolutely no customer service.

Very disappointed my experience at this Applebee’s. Ordered a steak and it came pink. The fries were soggy and greasy. And it took forever to have my order taken and for refills. I recently saw this employee on TikTok and wanted to share.

Ordered Chicken Tenders Platter to-go. Was still waiting like 10mins after the order was done. Last time it was 6min. On the food, the fries were all soggy, sauces boring, some tenders were good, others were dry. On another occasion, had the chicken wonton tacos, chicken quesadilla, and boneless chicken wings. The wings were great, the quesadilla and the tacos were very bland, and the tacos were also a weird mix between soggy and crunchy. It was gross.

The food was cold and more than 30 minutes to arrive at our table of two. The manager was kind but the service was overall horrible. I live in Union and will not return to this establishment. Applebees’ used to have better service, the corporate office should definitely take a closer look at this location. I will not recommend to friends/family.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Applebee’s. The waitress only came to our table once and completely forgot that I asked for water — I never saw her again after that. The person who brought my kids’ drinks forgot the straws, and when I asked for them, she acted like I was asking for something extra. She only brought two straws even though there were four drinks, so I had to get her attention again to bring the other two.
I ordered the baby back ribs, which were very overcooked and tough. The whole experience was so disappointing that we just paid and left — no one ever came back to check on us, and I didn’t even bother ordering dessert because I didn’t want to stay any longer.
Overall, I’m really disappointed with this visit.
