I’m speaking from the experience I heard from someone without Google reviews, but the customer service is horrendous. The person I know and the employee got
into a disagreement due to them running
out of a product and stating that after
they made the person I know wait for 15 minutes. The person received a refund, but ended up going back the following week. I know it’s not recommended to return to a restaurant you had a disagreement with, but I wouldn’t expect them to tamper with the food which is what they did. The person got really sick after eating from the shop. It’s appalling to think that there’s people that will mess with food just because they had a falling out with a customer. I’ve been in food service and wouldn’t think to drop my morals to rock bottom just because I didn’t like a customer. I’m disgusted in this place.
My review focuses solely on customer service. I attempted multiple times to call this establishment to place a phone order for a large group of about 20 people. After many unsuccessful tries, I finally managed to reach a staff member today. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was unpleasant and rushed me off the phone.
I explained that I needed breakfast for around 20 individuals, but she offered no suggestions or even basic information about the menu. When I requested two dozen bagels and asked for more details about the different types, her irritation was evident. She abruptly told me to just come in and order since I didn't know what I wanted. I clarified that I live far away and only wanted to order from this establishment because it was near the event for which I needed the food. Clearly, she did not care.
It wasn’t that I was unsure; I simply wanted further information about the items and how things worked. I was hoping for some simple options and a clear layout so that I could have everything ready for pickup this weekend. This place needs to prioritize customer service; no one should have to endure such an experience, especially for a large order. If a business is careless with large orders, it raises concerns about how they handle individual orders.
During what felt like about five minutes on the phone, the worker only grew more impatient. She then told me to hold on, and after waiting for about a minute, the call was abruptly disconnected without any callback. I am appalled by the disrespect and lack of care I experienced. It’s disheartening because I was unable to try the food and promote it for my group due to this poor customer service. This establishment has lost a potential customer who could have made large orders in the future.
Amazing!!!!!!!!!! I had my first Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese on a croissant and it was phenomenal! My husband is a Jersey native and told me this spot was the real deal—and he wasn’t lying. The croissant was buttery and fresh, and the sandwich was packed with flavor. Now I totally understand the hype. I’ll definitely be back!

I made an Uber Eats PickUp Order , and after receiving my meal in my hand, the stumpy lady at the register snatched the food from me like a child, and asked for my Uber Eats receipt . That was rude , unprofessional, and unnecessary .she should have asked me that first before putting the brown paper bag in my hand and playing tug of war with my expensive food that I paid for.
Great bagels and coffee
Place used to be great but quality control has really gone downhill. I ordered two very simple separate items and for whatever reason they decided to combine them and I had to go back in there twice for them to finally get the order right. I was overcharged because of THEIR mistake and I didn’t receive money back. Will not be going there anymore. I suggest you don’t either.
service is so bad due to their disgusting attitude. they always switch up the way things are made and are very shady with the prices! do not come here! these women are so rude and never want to admit their wrongdoing. way better bagel places in NJ to spend your money on.
I placed an order and nothing came as requested. Even the sandwich that COMES with cheese had none. I asked for mayo& ketchup didn't have. Came in wrap instead of a roll. Put mustard on one of the sandwiches when I didn't asked for mustard.The french toast ?disgusting. It still had the egg crust on it. Whole order was just incorrect. I called and they put me on the phone w 3 different people. One of them just kept repeating yes after having me on hold. In result iwas told to complain to uber because they were about to close and couldn't do anything for me. Unacceptable service and will never be ordering from here again.

Amazing place. Food never disappoints and no matter how packed the line is, you never have to wait to long. Bacon egg and cheese on a French toast bagel is like a drug for me
My co worker bought me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel and lawd have mercy!!!! It was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. It was fresh and super tasty. That will be my new spot from now on😉
There shoukd be a law against selling burn eggs. There she be a law against substituting fried eggs for scrambled eggs. This isnt even fried. This is burned and I am disgusted

It's a good bagel breakfast spot that's open early like 4:00 a.m. a bagel with butter starts at 3:50 and then they usually are 550 and up
