Horrible customer service. Took 45 mins for 4 drums and fries. Manager did nothing to rectify the situation even when the cook began to argue with multiple customers. After 45mins was forced to get a refund. PS cooks didn’t have any hair nets on.

I had the worst experience at this place. I spent $70, and it was absolutely not worth it. The service was rushed, even though the restaurant was completely empty—it was 8 PM, and I still felt like I had no time to think about my order.
As for the food, the strips I got were practically scraps—barely any sauce, dried out to a crisp, and completely inedible. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable. This place is seriously overrated, and I won’t be coming back.

Quality has gone down quite a bit. Not only that the time it takes to get an order out is unreal. I ordered online for pick up and literally an hour after I placed my order, I’m still here waiting for my damn chicken

The Korean fried chicken was super overcooked to the point of burnt to a crisp but still stale tasting like they microwaved it? There was very less actual meat on the chicken all stale crisp batter. The radishes tasted meh. This was our first and last visit even though the chicken buldak was not bad tasting but still did not taste fresh. Came mainly to try Korean fried chicken. Staff service was good.

Have visited this Bonchon a few times and food and the service is always pretty good. The space is pretty small so there isn't much room to dine-in but, has always been clean. Would recommend this location for Korean BBQ chicken in general but, their boneless is even better.
Waitstaff was really nice, but the service was really slow....

The chicken was so good!!I went there for the first time with my mom and we didn't know what to order and the staff there was soo understanding and gave us some time and recommendations!! I ordered the soy garlic chicken and it was so so good!

We ordered wings and fries here and it was horrible, no one was able to eat the food. Wings was Inedible. The chicken was massive and the type that looked the chicken was injected with steroids, probably cheaper, the chicken was way overcooked and not crunchy as they should be, we only had about 2 pcs before throwing it all out. I called and complained about the food and they said thats how the food is advertised. I asked if anyone is checking the quality of the food before the restaurant sends it out and i was told thats how we cook. The New Jersey Department of Health and Food Protection need to get involved in this location and inspect the quality of food.
Usually the chicken is great but the last few orders it tastes slightly fishy. Not sure if they're mixing the oil somehow but the taste is slightly off. Also, im not a huge fan of the fries being limp and soggy. The staff could be friendlier and the bathrooms are never clean. Honestly with my review the rating I gave should be lower but pre covid this place was great. Now its just okay.

Came with my family tonight. Not the first time we've been here, but certainly the first time we've been disappointed.
Ttekbokki was over-spiced (I never, ever threw my ttekbokki out, but I had to this time), the bulgogi in bulgogi fries were almost bland and served cold, the kimchi was underwhelming, and the pickled radishes were old. This is a chain - there should be consistency - but it's run by teenagers who only know fried chicken, not Korean food.
Their only redeeming quality is the chicken, which was tasty and perfectly fried. The rest of the dishes should have been returned.
And don't waste your time eating here. Service stinks. We were first served with the chicken, but the teenagers didn't bother taking the pickled radishes and kimchi out of the fridge to give to us until asked. They probably told the kitchen to over-spice the ttekbokki out of spite, because I had to walk up three times to ask about the remaining items in our order. And you know how this generation gets when they're being pushed to work.
The place hasn't changed much in terms of decor since I started coming here: still dreary looking. But after tonight, this will be my last visit.

If I could’ve given a 0 star reviewed, I would’ve. I’ve had Korean fried chicken at a few locations in Maryland and queens ny and this was the worse place ever. Chicken was beyond salty and so was the dumplings. Ruined my experience and my night.
