When we arrived at the location, we were informed that they only had 1/4 and 1/2 white meat chicken. I asked if they had thighs and legs, and the male employee replied no. Just as we were receiving our order, a Caucasian male entered the restaurant. The cashier was very rude while handing us our food. The man behind us placed his order and asked if he could get dark meat. As we were walking out, the cashier/server told the Caucasian male that they didn’t have any dark meat but to wait a moment while he checked. I hadn’t completely exited the door yet, so I confronted them. I said, “But you just told us you didn’t have any dark meat!” The employee replied, “Yeah, I’m being honest, I’m being honest.” I thought to myself, “That’s interesting.” Never again will I spend my money here after this experience!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Boston Market location. I specifically asked for dark meat, only to be told they were out. However, to my shock, the customer right behind me—who happened to be white—asked for dark meat and was served without hesitation.
I was lied to, plain and simple. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Whether it was bias or just poor service, it left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning, and I suggest management seriously address how they treat their customers. Do better.

Been going to Boston Market for years and was so excited to see this was one of the last locations in the area. When I had gotten my food, unfortunately, I was disappointed not only with the tiny portion of rotisserie chicken I had gotten on my sandwich but also the small portions of macaroni and cheese (which quite tasted off despite being just made) and the mashed potatoes (super bland). Definitely not like it used to be and definitely not worth $20- it’s no wonder they are all going out of business.

Too expensive, a drink is not included with your meal. Spent 17 dollars on a dry ass half chicken and to small ass sides. And had to pay for a drink which isn’t included with your meal, plastic utensils can’t even cut the dry ass chicken, potatoes tasted like powdered potato’s and Mac and cheese wasn’t even macaroni it was some other twisty pasta with soup like cheese which was nasty, if you don’t like nasty food stay away, this place is like a ghetto ass restaurant trying to sell bad food with rich people prices.

I went to Boston Market on Sunday, December 15, 2024, around 7:15 p.m. for a dine in meal. I ordered the half chicken meal with mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and corn bread. This was the worst meal I ever had in my life. The chicken was extremely salty and had been keep warm for too long. I had to pull the skin off and discard it. The meat underneath was stringy. Perhaps it had been left from the prior day or very early on Sunday. The sweet potato casserole tasted as though the sweet potatoes were mashed, and the cook ran out of sugar, vanilla, etc. The casserole also had big black pieces of the sweet potato that should have been removed and discarded. I bit into one of those black chunks that was the size of a raisin. It had a bitter taste. I counted eight raisin sized pieces and four smaller pieces. The meal was not even luke warm, and I took it from the counter to the
table. I told the two gentlemen on duty that the sweet potato casserole was nasty. The gentleman who seemed to be the leader said that Boston Market was using a different kind of sugar. Also, I was not given cornbread with my meal. The other gentleman seemed like a trainee. Also, there was a woman sitting at a table when I entered the restaurant with no food or drink in front of her, just her cell phone. She was also there when I left. Boston Market's food has really taken a turn for the worse. It was so good before. I would get five takeout meals once or twice a week from Boston Market on Chestnut in Union, NJ. Two customers came in for take out meals during the entire time I was in Boston Market. There is plenty of parking due to no customers coming and going as in the past.
Parking: You can do better Boston Market.

The service wasn't bad but the food didn't look presentable. It looked like it had been sitting for too long. The food tasted ok but I've had better at other Boston Markets.

The Mac n cheese was terrible looked like it was put in the blender and had no flavor the chicken was ok but they might as well go ahead and close down with food like that
