Boston market is going bankrupt fast! Menu never changes, employees couldn't care less .its way past its prime now... (update):after almost 2 years i decided to take a chance on boston market again... what was bad is now worse,,,, place was disgusting, filthy. Food tasted like it was sitting for a long time , the creamy spinach doesn't have cheese anymore... that does it..not returning anymore

Ordered the family meal of 3 with the chicken. Food was terrible! Mac and cheese was dry and overcooked. Chicken and mash potatoes were dry and clearly sitting out for a while. The containers are shrinking and clearly not enough for 3 people. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but sadly either management or service has to up their game!

Kinda run down. Not like the other Boston markets I’ve been too. The Mac and cheese which is always a staple was basically Mac without the cheese. Slow service only one person was working. Wouldn’t go back to this location.

I asked for a turkey carver sandwich , that appeared to be a good sandwich from the pic and ended with a sub or a hoagie…that was not good. This is not the same thing and the bread was def different!

Zero star ... this place sucks idk new owners not friendly Indians .. food is gross cutting corners big-time no flavor nothing..higher price for garbage . Really sad situation.. they don't even use same recipe..I wish I would have known this and read the new reviews bc I wouldn't waste 35$ on 2 meals for garbage with no seasoning

What a sad collapse Boston market has had nationally. This is one of 27 stores remaining out of what used to be 1200 restaurants and it feels like a dying mall inside. The food quality has completely collapsed while the prices have climbed. I’ve loved Boston market for 30 years, but the truth is it’s gone, and whatever this thing is that’s wearing its skin just isn’t the same.

Don’t eat here. Food was stale. Manager/server did not use gloves to serve food. 1 out 5 chicken sandwiches on the menu are not available. No soap or paper towel in the bathroom, and the door doesn’t close properly. Waste of time and money.

This place I wouldn’t recommend. The chicken was dry everything else was cold on my plate potatoes and sweet potatoes no bueno. The owner was with a face not even a smile just ready to take your money. But this didn’t taste like it use to back when they started. Not worth it at all!
