The food I got delivered was terrible, dry and hard chicken. Chicken look like it was partly eaten and mangled. Overly salty mac and cheese. Never will I order from here again.

Total disappointment!!!! I came to this location to grab a quick dinner before a road trip and was welcomed by disorganized staff who were not wearing gloves, running around with open plates while speaking, arguing and coughing over the food. The manager seemed disinterested in customer service and more focused on displaying his lack of leadership. My plate and utensils were tossed onto my tray by the manager as if I were disturbing him. I’m not one to knock anyone’s hustle, but I felt completely disrespected and was appalled at the lack of policy compliance. The young staff were very polite and helpful but this franchise needs better management and structure. Not to mention the asphalt of the parking lot is just asking for a slip and fall lawsuit. Will not be returning!!!!! Supper messy!! Do better!!

No country steak, no rotisserie nuggets, no ice or carbonation in the drink fountain . But Service was good.. the dining room was dirty. This location was a disappointment.

Recently ordered from this location and am extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this location, meal quality and service. I would strongly urge all to avoid this location. The inside was unbecoming of a eating establishment as it did not appear clean. The food quality has significantly dropped off form in the past. The rotisserie chicken was extremely dry. The cornbreads which were always amazing and baked and made from corn are no longer baked or made from corn. Instead they appear to have been done via microwave and from some sort of batter that's used for making biscuits...totally awful. Lastly, the manager on duty did not appear to appreciate my business. I say this because upon asking for dinner plates for a 4-family dinner she claimed she had none and instead gave me cereal bowls and essentially rushed me out the store. Totally regret not supporting another one of the hundreds of restaurants in town.

This review isn't about the food. Food is great. I am reviewing the company no sence policy. Drive-thru service, I wanted to buy 2 whole chicken and the employee said I have only 1 order left. While I was waiting to take my order, I found out they have more and people were purchasing behind me. I asked why I couldn't get 2, he said company policy. I asked if I turned around, I can buy another one, his respond shocked me YES you can buy. I would love someone from Boston Market explain to me this policy.

First visit. Restrooms dirty, sinks leaky, floor wet, told me 10 to15 minutes wait for chicken. Customer next to me then said "they told me 10 to 15 minutes wait for chicken 10 to 15 minutes ago." So, I left and walked across the parking lot to Wendy's. 2 stars because I know the food is good from other locations.

I love Boston Market, and this is THE BEST Boston Market I’ve ever been to. I actually went to a different one in the area first, and it was unfortunately the worst I’ve had, so I came here immediately after for a round two lol (I don’t live near any BM’s so I had to take advantage), and WOW everything was FRESH AND HOT and they LOADED my bowl. The cornbread was unbelievable, so fresh, so hot. It was absolutely incredible. Please eat here.

This was one of our favorite restaurants on Rt 22 in Union.The food was always delicious, and the place was always clean.The staff was always friendly and efficient. I am glad it's one of the few restaurants that are still there on Rt 22 as it is expensive for restaurants to be cost effective in New Jersey with high rents and taxes.

Staff shortage so you can only do drive through.person taking my order didn't quite understand what I wantex,but food was good. So I will go again been there several times in past,but prefer ordering inside so I know if server understood request,and or did what I asked
