The only thing that is good here is the roasted chicken. The chicken pot pie was chunks of the roasted chicken on top of some vegetables and covered with a "cardboard" dough. It was inedible and thrown in the trash. The chicken over salad was another disappointment. Not worth $10. Cornbread was hard as hell. Wouldn't waste my money here again.

They should just close up shop. I haven't had Boston Market in a little while and wanted some good rotisserie and cornbread. The chicken was close to flavorless and the cornbread is no longer the same recipe. It used to be delicious and clearly made with at least some cornmeal. It is now some weird hybrid between cornbread and bread. I threw it all out. Very disappointing!

Total disappointment!!!! I came to this location to grab a quick dinner before a road trip and was welcomed by disorganized staff who were not wearing gloves, running around with open plates while speaking, arguing and coughing over the food. The manager seemed disinterested in customer service and more focused on displaying his lack of leadership. My plate and utensils were tossed onto my tray by the manager as if I were disturbing him. I’m not one to knock anyone’s hustle, but I felt completely disrespected and was appalled at the lack of policy compliance. The young staff were very polite and helpful but this franchise needs better management and structure. Not to mention the asphalt of the parking lot is just asking for a slip and fall lawsuit. Will not be returning!!!!! Supper messy!! Do better!!

The food was inedible.The meal we order was the two meat mix..The turkey was rubbery and tasted disgusting zzThe cornbread was hardThe mashed no gravy was included abd no option on uber eats to edit or add notes.The salad was brown.I am beyond disappointed with the disgusting foodIt was VERY OBVIOUS the food was not fresh or cooked that day.Creamed spinach was the only ok item.Chicken was mediocre.Please review the RT 22 store and do a check i think the board of health should be contacted.

Recently ordered from this location and am extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this location, meal quality and service. I would strongly urge all to avoid this location. The inside was unbecoming of a eating establishment as it did not appear clean. The food quality has significantly dropped off form in the past. The rotisserie chicken was extremely dry. The cornbreads which were always amazing and baked and made from corn are no longer baked or made from corn. Instead they appear to have been done via microwave and from some sort of batter that's used for making biscuits...totally awful. Lastly, the manager on duty did not appear to appreciate my business. I say this because upon asking for dinner plates for a 4-family dinner she claimed she had none and instead gave me cereal bowls and essentially rushed me out the store. Totally regret not supporting another one of the hundreds of restaurants in town.

Clearly, not what they once were. It's got to be an issue high up on their management chain. I saw a very nice, full color poster for Rotisserie Nuggets. I decided to give them a try. When I got there, I found out that they had regular and spicy. I ordered a small portion of each. I had to wait at the drive-through window and then what finally came out was very, very dry. They didn't have the flavor of any of their rotisserie products. These folks are sliding downhill, fast.

This review isn't about the food. Food is great. I am reviewing the company no sence policy. Drive-thru service, I wanted to buy 2 whole chicken and the employee said I have only 1 order left. While I was waiting to take my order, I found out they have more and people were purchasing behind me. I asked why I couldn't get 2, he said company policy. I asked if I turned around, I can buy another one, his respond shocked me YES you can buy. I would love someone from Boston Market explain to me this policy.

I have been coming to these place for about 12 years since I stared to work in the humc and evething have been so nice and smooth until today. I just came and found a employee who result to be the manager that look that she has one of those days, she was the only one in the front at the moment she was talking in the phone and look like when me and my friend came bother her. Besides that we were the only guests at the moment she took her time and came with so actitud like if we were bother her, look like she don't like the time taken for my friend, she don't speak English so I were translating for her. I ask her if she have any problen with us or if we just interrupt her phone call and I ask why her actitud and she says that she don't have any actitud, I order a side for Mac and cheese for my friend, she gave me broccoli and when I told her that not what I order she says I ordered then took the broccoli out of the plate and put it back to the rest of the food recipient I think she was suppose to throw it away, gave me the change in a way that I can't no even describe and when she was giving me the cup for the drink I told her pls put it in the counter and she put it so hard that you could hear it outside, there were so other think that I need space to describe it all. I was so frustrated that I did not touch the meal just put it in the garbage and ask her for her name and she say her name was Vichy and ask me if I want her to spell it out for me and told her that I know exactly how to write it down and of course because she was not wearing a name tag im sure that is not her name.

First visit. Restrooms dirty, sinks leaky, floor wet, told me 10 to15 minutes wait for chicken. Customer next to me then said "they told me 10 to 15 minutes wait for chicken 10 to 15 minutes ago."
