TODAY was a great experience. I guess the first shift guy and girl (she looked new); the gentleman was great at answering my L questions and making the tacos fulfilling. He also recommending a burrito. The service was GREAT, A+ today and I wish for it to be this same exact way as far as quality and Quantity goes.

I placed my order online. A few minutes later I realized that I had made an error in my order. I called and spoke to a woman who was extremely helpful. My error was fixed and everything turned out great.She had given me her name but I cannot remember it. My order was delicious. I had the tacos and my family had burritos. Everything was delicious ! I would definitely recommend.

Ordered to pick up after church like we regularly do. Ordered 5:55 , they wrote ready at 6:10. Arrived on time. Order was not ready or even started! Only one other customer, who complained he had been waiting 15 minutes. Chose to go next door to Dollar Tree then come back. I browsed and purchased 2 items, and returned to Bubbakkoo. My order still was not ready!! No one apologized.
Only two staff members, no other customers in line , just myself and the other customer...
