I ordered a 1/2 chicken and ribs combo but I guess the cashier misheard my order or I didn’t say it properly over the phone (I haven’t ordered take out from here in a long time) so a full combo tray was prepared. No big deal. Simple, honest miscommunication that could’ve been smoothly resolved, yet turned into a mildly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience as a customer. The cashier woman was somewhat rude and maintaining that I “ordered wrong”. Whatever. I was not bothered by that, but to make the experience even more weird, one of the men in the back tried to sarcastically remark to me that I “always do this” and that I did this two weeks ago… ????? I haven’t ordered from this place in maybe over a year lol… Told him he has me confused for someone else. Everybody knows the food here dries out fast and the quality has dropped significantly over the years. The food is here is mid at best, slightly overpriced, and absolutely not worth petty treatment of this kind.

What the actual heck is going on here?! The veggie to chicken ratio was INSANE!!! And what's the deal with the cabbage??? A family of 8 couldn't finish all that cabbage! The flavors were decent, but it would be nice to have some broccoli to go along with all that dang cabbage. Oh and better cuts of chicken. Goodness gracious where's the chicken?! The beans are definitely just an after thought. The fact that they "forgot" the hot sauce, was just the icing on an already horrible cake.

I came to this place for the Christmas holiday and I ordered a lot of food. I went to eat my food and found a very long, thin HAIR in my food. 🤮 I was grossed out and told my whole family to throw everything out. I was disgusted. I will never go to this place again. The only reason why I gave it a one star was because the older woman that was there was nice other than that do not go to this place that was very NASTY and they also have you waiting there while the food is on top of the counter you have to literally go up and ask if the food is ready.

Paid $36 dollars for a boat load of rice, uncooked fries and unseasoned ribs. A half chicken that was almost $14 and the size of my hand. The chicken was tasty tho but not enough for the price. I know everything is expensive and truly it wasn’t the price, it was the flavor. Food is still in the fridge as we didn’t even eat it

I’ve been a loyal customer for 5+ years. Today I experienced terrible customer service from start to finish . I called in for an order of half ribs with a side a veggies for pick up.
I pulled up sat down patiently. Then I was asked if i placed an order for pick up i said yes. She said john ? For half order of ribs?
I said yes . I take the order . Drive home open my food and it’s the wrong order. I call back speak to the girl i dealt with and got an aggressive response. According to her it’s my fault . I couldn’t believe it . Then i asked her can i go back and get the order i order and get the difference back because they over charged me . She says NO! You will not get free food .
Now . At no point did i ask for free food. Just to be correctly charged for the food i ordered. She keeps going with an attitude. Repeating it’s my fault . If she hates her job and doesn’t want to provide decent service. Find another job. You are hurting the business
