Cafe Z came up in my search as a nearby spot for coffee between meetings. While it wasn’t the coffee shop I had in mind, the waiter delivered—my cappuccino was as good as promised, and the warm apple cobbler recommendation was spot on. your staff are very rude. ordered food on doordash. did not receive everything. I called tried to rectify it. and the person answering the phone just kept hanging up rather than trying to address the issue. extremely unprofessional and the food is not as good as it used to be. will never buy from you guys again
