My family and I went to buy ice cream on Sunday in the morning, and the lady at this store was so nasty, and had a terrible attitude. She saw us standing there for around 10 min and completely ignored us. We asked her to help us and she stated “I am busy on the phone” We just left. We did not understand what was going on. We will never come back to this store again.

Love this place!!! I come here all the time! I also wanted to give a big shoutout to the young hispanic man who served me. He gave me the best butter pecan ice cream ever and was very nice and friendly from start until checkout. My mother was very happy when he started speaking in Spanish to her. To say the least, I will be returning often ?

I always use this Carvel because of Lulu (Lourdes). She always does fantastic work on our cakes and recently she did an amazing job on my daughter's cake. Would highly recommend.

This is the WORST Carvel ever!! They spelled my daughter's name incorrectly on her high school graduation cake. This time we had another bad experience, we paid for cake when ordered and they charged us again at pick up. We have been trying to resolve it nicely but staff is very rude!!! Not a good way to stay in business!!!

In reality I have had two unfortunate attentions. The guys are very friendly but the manager is a very bad-tempered person and not very courteous, they should have more friendly and jovial people in places where elderly children and pregnant women go
First off the man at the counter kept wiping his dirty hands on his pants and did not wash his hands or use glovesThe ice cream we got was not what we ordered and he charged us for a large instead of a medium, the store is not sanitary at all, and the prices are all messed up
