Literally one of my favorite experiences from chick fil a went there March 3, 2024 and literally walked in and was greeted with a smile and the staff is so friendly! I was sick so I couldn’t talk much and the worker noticed and she gave me a card it’s literally one of the sweetest experiences I ever experienced 🥺❤️

We go to Chick-fil-A once a month various locations. The new waffle fries are a bummer and I hope they replace them back to normal. Also that garden ranch that they got rid of like 6 years ago and needs to come back

door dashed and it took them 3 hours to make my food. my poor dasher had to wait there for almost 2 hours just waiting on them. food was good but the wait was not worth it
The chicken sandwich deluxe was hot and crispy. The fries were the right fried and salted. So good. My niece had the spicy chicken sandwich meal. She was satisfied.
I’ve remember the hype about Chick-fil-A a couple of years ago; I was curious but it wasn’t until resentful that I got to visit it for the first time. The sandwich weren’t bad; but I don’t understand the hype. Also like every other price food nowadays, price are relatively high for what you get. I still prefer to go sit in a proper restaurant.

I really want to appreciate Austin and Vida for the exceptional service. I worked on rt 22 and was on my way home after a long day at work and did an online order and unfortunately placed the order to a chick fi a that was the wrong location. They were so kind and were able to help me with my issue I really appreciate their help they were able to help me! Thank you so much !

Terrible layout by management. Why have two pickup stations? I was waiting at mobile pickup for my order for a half hour, when I asked for a pickup they told me I had to pickup at the other table. Yet when I looked over, there was no sign stating there was a pickup station behind the wall. How is anyone supposed to know to pickup there? Management, put signs so people could be aware. Wasted my time
Also the employees are supposed to confirm that the order is ready for pickup but it continued to say that they would let me know when the order is ready. Probably stems from management as well. Wasted my time.
