Bought lunch here last week. It was aight. Location sucks balls and getting in and outta here was a nightmare. Servers were nice if not a little rushed.
Has a drive thru, not much parking, but can eat in. They have people outside to take orders in drive thru (2 car drive thru). Fast service, good employees, food was good, but the frosted coffee and lemonade was a no.

This place has amazing service ! I really wish I knew the associate who helped I was at table 15 around 1 pm was fantastic and so caring .. she noticed I didn’t have a drink with my meal and brought me water .. super kind hearted . Really wish I knew her . She needs to be acknowledged and get recognition for her outstanding customer service . She truly cared and was willing to help . I will always remember how kind and genuinely sweet she was to me . Please ? let her l is and all the team should behave like her .
The staff was great and my food was correct. The manager (Debbie) needs to be reminded that she should take care of the customer in front of her before addressing any other issues with her staff. I ordered my food for pickup, while waiting for my order, Debbie was looking through the orders waiting to be picked up. She never spoke to me or even said hello although I was standing right in front of her. An associate called my name and was on her way to hand me my food, Debbie decided to stop her mid step and hold a 5 min conversation about why another order was still sitting there. I finally waved to get their attention so she could hand me my bag, again Debbie didn't acknowledge me actually standing there, she just waved her hand in my direction and said to her associate "just pass her that". No apologies no "have a great day" or anything. Rude and condescending are not good characteristics for a manager ESPECIALLY at Chic fil A, unfortunately I'll stick with the Bloomfield and Wayne locations, their customer service are top tier always.??
