Horrible. Lines are always long. It’s always dirty. Very slow/always take long especially with online orders. Don’t come here!

overall bad chipotle. i ordered today, september 8th and i had gotten a bowl with extra rice, extra beans, and double steak. why did i open up my bowl and my bowl was not filled with product. it looked like a little over one singular scoop of steak. if im paying almost 20 dollars for food, i'm expecting it to be about 20 dollars WORTH of food. id like to be a frequent visitor but i cannot support this chipotle with my business if this is the portion size for an extra rice, extra bean and extra steak bowl.

Ordered 2x bowls for pick up due to the long lines. The order was 3/4 rice. Barely any protein. The bag almost fell apart due to not closing the containers correctly. I saw the to go section not managing portions just doing orders as quick as possible. Quality is not there anymore.

The service deserves 0 stars. I went to pickup an order placed on uber eats. The person in the pickup area gave me the incorrect order. I didn’t realize when I got home. I returned to the store and let them know that I received the wrong order and that there must have been another order with that name. After looking and taking the wrong order back they said there was not another order with that name and that there was nothing they could do. After I asked for a manager and she said she was one, then asked for a number. I gave her the phone number the order was placed with and said there was no order with that number then reiterated there was nothing they could do. After showing screenshots and messages from the placed order she told me the order number I had to give was a letter and four numbers long. All of this to say, an additional 15 seconds after confirming there was a second order with that name would have saved time and earned a satisfied customer. It didn’t appears she was interested in doing either.

I ordered from the app, 2x chicken bowl, they barely put and chicken on it. It has double rice double veggies, but almost no chicken. Will never order online again. Don't trust them. I will order only in person.

This location is constantly coming up with new, inconsistent policies just to squeeze more money out of customers. They randomly charge you for extra sides in your bowl — like sour cream — depending on who’s working that day. There’s no clear standard, and it feels like they’re just making it up as they go to pocket extra money for the store. The worst part? You can add as many extra sides as you want in your bowl for free when ordering online through the Chipotle app or any third-party app. So why is it that in person, they suddenly want to nickel-and-dime you for the same exact thing? It’s dishonest, greedy, and flat-out bad business. If you’re going to make up charges, at least be consistent — or better yet, stop ripping people off. To make it worse, the staff will straight-up lie to your face. Ask for a water cup, and they’ll tell you they “don’t have any” — meanwhile, you can clearly see them stacked behind the counter. It’s lazy, disrespectful, and shows they don’t care about customer experience at all. If you’re going to make up charges, at least be consistent — or better yet, stop ripping people off.

Do not come here. Save your gas, time, and money. This place is dirty, the staff is rude, and the food isn’t fresh. Go anywhere else but here. The reviews speak for themselves imagine have 2.3 starts that’s terrible for an establishment that claims to be “putting customers first.” All the MANAGERS there are childish and unprofessional.

Is 88° degrees outside and they have a line going all the way out the door and inside it feels like they don’t even have the air on when I mean people are sweating wiping their heads their faces that just it just don’t make no sense somebody’s gonna pass out and then the line is moving extremely slow…. place your order for pick up

The absolute worst restaurant experience i've ever had on doordash. Ordered at 8:03 sunday night and was accepted by a dasher shortly after. Dasher sat at the restaurant for 30 minutes and than canceled without saying a single thing. Next another dasher gets assigned the order and is sitting another 25 minutes... no response from the dasher and than he canceled too. So an hour and a half later my doordash was finally canceled by this joke of a restaurant. I've been in person and seen how unorganized and chaotic and mismanaged this place is and still decided to take a shot by ordering doordash. What a waste of my time and will never ever ever order from here again. This place should be shutdown. Seriously a joke of an establishment.
It's been while juice machine is broken
Horrible. I order online to pick up, and ruined my whole order. I order four bowls and everything is wrong and missing toppings. How hard can it be ? Never ordering from this chipotle again. This order was too expensive to be completely wrong.
