We came to celebrate my son’s 8 birthday.. I got the Mega package for 12 kids. My son hasn’t ever been to chuck e cheese before & this was a huge nostalgia activity for my husband and I, turned into a very shitty experience. Our hostess was very MIA, I saw her a total MAYBE 3 times the entire party. I asked for a fruit punch pitcher in the front, never got it. She just looked extremely bothered to even be helping us. Then, another lady in the front, VERY RUDE. Told my husband we were 4 minutes past to pay after our hostess said we can pay when we were leaving. She told him that she was 4 minutes past her clock out time and she was not leaving until he paid. Overall experience, we wont be back. I was sad and it was a huge waste of almost $400

This location is absolutely disgusting. Workers are rude, half of the games barely work , food all over the floors etc. Don’t get me started on the worker that was watching the kids on the play/jumping area on Sat night. 1/03…. For one, this “ worker “ laid their body on the ramp going into the bouncing area and eyes were GLUED to her phone for th hour and a half i was here!! God forbid someone got hurt she wouldn’t even have known because whatever was on the phone clearly was more important than doing the job these people pay you for. The only time she looked/got up was when 9;30 hit and it was time to start getting ready to get people out. PLEASE do better here, hire better staff who are actually attentive at their jobs and want to be there, or even care for SAFETY. This is the worst location i’ve EVER stepped foot in. UGH

The facilities are incredibly clean and spacious, and the staff are super friendly! Definitely not your ordinary play space experience, and a cut above the rest.

Chuck E Cheese on Rt 22 East near Target 🎯 is filled with germs y'all...please make sure you constantly wash your hands with soap and water and use hand sanitizer before using the arcade machines because we all got sick with the flu! 😔 😷 🤧 Either than that it was a nice experience with family and friends for child's birthday party.

I like to say a special thank you to the person working the trampoline park this morning. I had my son there this morning for his fourth birthday and he is on the spectrum. My daughter began to have an asthma attack and the employee helped me get her water and get my son to me and kept everyone safe . It truly means a lot and i wish I could have gotten the employees name and thank you again for a great safe experience. The world needs more caring people and it was great to see a helping will definitely be back here and the employee deserves a raise

Went on a Sunday for their Halloween theme night.Not much different then being there at 2 pm. Got 500 tickets for having my child in a costume. However, lets talk staff... From the moment we walked in we was greeted by two young ladies. It was my first time using the app given I had the membership she walked me though my benefits and how to set up my child father who I plan on sharing it with. I highly recommend a membership if you come often. They added more games and the adventure space in the back. My younger son loves it. I had a very wonder interaction with another young lady when I went to go order my food (Food is always 10/10). She was a doll. Will go back! Love the ladies on the Sunday shift 6pm to closing on 10/19!
