We paid for the Ultimate birthday package, and with that we are entitled to Hostress, which we didn't get until halfway through. The table wasn't set up to our liking, and our cake sat out, melting. Several times, we had to go up to the manager to ask for what was offered in our Ultimate package. The Chuck E. Cheese in Union on Route 22 was such a disappointment.
We did NOT receive a discount for our troubles. The only reason I was generous and gave it two stars is that once we were provided a Hostess, things started to progress in a better direction, but still did not make up for all the errors.

They got a bouncy play, but yiu have to pay extra for play inside,by they socks and play for 10 minutes, doesn't matter if you load the card with 50 dollars and pay for pizza,yiu still.have to pay to play inside no matter what and if you dont like.it leave and go some where else.thats how the manager and staff will tell you what to do.for got to mention that most of the games dont work or the digital wristband doesn't work.the pushing to hard to sell you a year membership even that is a big scam.becarfull with your kids,its no body at the entrance any body would take any kids any time.that place is not safeguard it all.

Recently visited the Chuck E. Cheese in Union and left feeling disappointed. In summary: The location is actually well-staffed, but it seems poorly managed. Customer service was practically non-existent, and it took quite a while to get any assistance. Several games were out of order and in need of maintenance, which added to the frustration. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We had the summer campers at the chuck e cheese on union Ave location. The manager Antoine Dock was phenomenal. He gave us outstanding service. All of us left very happy. A shout out to Antoine...

I am glad that they added on the mini trampoline and play zone. It's a great addition to the place.
There is no organization when it comes to the bouncy house and the play area the big kids literally run over the little kids and no staff does anything about it as a parent why am i yelling at other children to not run over my toddler because the staff is on their phone and not paying attention to the safety of the other kids….ridiculous! If they don’t want to do their job hire people who actually want to.

To be honest this place was completely trash. There were broken games, not much a toddler area, the food was cold, the drinks are super watery, the space is okay. Only thing I can say is customer service was top tier. Shout out to cherese for getting us a great price and having the gold membership. It saved us a lot of money. But unfortunately we won’t be returning here.
