We had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese thanks to Nina! She truly went above and beyond during our visit. From the moment we arrived, she made sure our family felt welcomed and cared for. My husband and I especially appreciated how attentive and kind she was with our children—engaging with them in such a thoughtful way and making sure they were having fun the entire time. Worst Staff. We paid for the trampoline and had waited more than a while and no staff appeared to open the trampoline area.
The manager is so irresponsible. We complained to her and nothing changed. The staff at the counter and the manager were all sitting inside the room behind the counter and none appeared to open the trampoline area.

I had to wait over 15 min to greeted. I had to call corporate and they had a hard time trying to reach an employee. Then the pizza was horrible. As a parent, the pizza is our treat. Not today. The pizza looked like something from another planet. Overall, horrible 1st experience at this location

The service was terrible, I had a problem with the kiosk, they charged me 234 and they did not want to cancel the transaction because I did not have access to the kiosk and the supposed manager was not willing to help, she wanted to give me a gitf card disk for the amount :/ until a bad time complaining and even hid for a few minutes. In the end they gave me a cancellation voucher
