I placed an order Saturday 11/30 to have a cake ready for pick up at 12pm on 12/2. I don’t arrive until nearly 2pm and it’s NOT ready!!!! I was told it was old be over an hour before it would be done because the single cake decorated was not in yet.
I asked to speak with the manager Jimmy, who wasn’t in business today. Thanks for a total inconvenience and a cake-less birthday for my daughter!!

I asked for a Oreo ice cream and got vanilla with remnants of Oreo completely played and what type of place post milkshakes for sale but say they have no blender what a embarrassment for this place to be called cold stone…. I would not recommend wasting your money here….

I've been to many cold stones. But the service at this one was terrible. The young lady who prepared my tub of icecream filled it a little over half way than put two scoop on top to make it look full. I told her mix in the toppings in to the extra icecream and she rolled her eyes. I paid $25 for a half filled container of icecream.
The attitude is why I left the review.

One of the employees today around 9:30 had a black shirt on, and her headphones in was extremely rude and aggressive, she was rushing us as if there was so many customers, we were the only ones there ordering. She even shouted at us.

If I can give zero stars, I would. I love cold stones and this has by far been my worst experience ever going to one. Cold stones in NEWARK was a better experience. Firstly, I went in and stood there for about 8 mins. The store was empty, staff were in the front, they seen us there - they literally just DID NOT address us. Like it was insane, not a hi, I’ll be with you soon - nothing. Finally someone comes and she took 27 mins to make my ice cream& milk shake. 27 mins to scoop ONE scoop and add stuff to do and make a milkshake. She was moving so slow it was disturbing. Then she didn’t hand it to me she put it in a freezer - not that the freezer did anything because when I opened it - IT WAS MELTED. Honestly I should’ve known better since the ice cream was a little melted in the casing. The mint was melting into the cotton candy. I would never go here again. And honestly 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My overall review is two stars because every time I come here it's always a wait that's longer than 30 minutes normally because it's one or two ppl and a long line. only one working the line orders and the other working the online orders. Today around 4 it was only two ppl in front of me. One worker was at the font counter serving the line and for the fist 10 minutes she was the only one since wen I fist walked in the guy doing the online orders walked to the back. Once he came back out it was one customer in front of me now. When he came out he started gossiping to girl taking order causing her to keep stopping to listen. After 10 minutes of that I told them it's okay to talk but this is bad customer service because it's a whole Line now and we don't want to be here waiting all day. After I said that the third person came from out the back and they all started doing their job. Looks like to me they need to be supervised.

I love this ice cream but today my experience was horrible, 2 employees which it was like only 1 the young female took 45 minutes(no exaggeration) to make 1 order of 2 ice-creams. She moves so slow while the young male took 6 different orders, the moment her friends came to visit her she moved fast to talked to them but didn’t care about the people waiting for the orders. I understand she was new and all but in a busy place she needs to work with purpose. And not only that when she gave me the order she gave me a bad attitude because I asked polite to the other guy for my order and asked to be put more sense of urgency in the order. I made the order 15 minutes prior to arrive to the store and I waited 45 min in the store.No exaggeration the MOD can check cameras and see times.
