Came to buy my grandma a birthday cake & was told by employees “we can’t do that right now.” What is the purpose of buying a $60 cake without writing ??

Picked up a birthday cake for my husband's birthday party. 15 min drive from the store to my home and straight into the freezer. When it was removed to eat the icecream tasted rancid like the milk had gone bad. Even tried the icecream from center of the cake and it still tasted like spoiled milk. Each guest that was served the cake said the same. I called the store to let them know the about the cake and that I would be returning the next day for a refund with the rest of the cake. I was told they would make a note of it for the manager. I let them know that they may also want to remove the other similar cakes from the freezer to make sure they are not selling spoiled cakes. I drove back the next day there was no note about the cake and all the other similar cakes were still in the freezer and no manager on site. I requested the refund and a $50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience of not having a birthday cake for my husband's party. The cake itself was nearly $50. After the staff called the owner they did refund the cake but refused the opportunity to make it right by giving a gift card. I let the worker know that they might still want to remove the other cakes from the fridge to avoid potential having the same issue. Overall would not recommend this location, this seems like a quality control issue and a issue that may need to be checked out by the board of health.

As a lifelong Cold Stone Creamery fan, I’ve always thought of it as more than just ice cream — it’s an experience. Today I was excited to finally share that with my young daughter, but sadly this location completely ruined it for us. When we first walked in, my daughter was excited to see the ice cream being mixed. I even pointed it out to her as part of the “fun” of Cold Stone. Instead of welcoming that moment, we were immediately scolded with “you can wait over there” — followed by an eye roll when I explained we were just watching. That set the tone. When it came time to order, the Birthday Cake Remix we asked for wasn’t even made correctly (the fudge was missing). My daughter decided she didn’t want the brownie, and while I appreciated they didn’t mix it in, the dismissive response of “you can eat it or throw it out, whatever” was completely unnecessary. On top of that, when my daughter changed her mind about which cone she wanted, the server sighed as if it was a huge burden. This was supposed to be a fun memory for me and my daughter, but instead it felt unwelcoming, rushed, and dismissive. Even though this location is right up the street from my home, I will never return. Cold Stone has always been about joy and energy — sadly, none of that exists here.

We were a group of six with a fairly large order, and I found the staff to be very kind and patient throughout the process. Since there’s no Cold Stone in my city in Canada, it’s always a treat to visit the U.S. and stop by a Cold Stone Creamery.

I ordered a couple mango smoothies here, but they weren't really drinkable. They were way to thick and mostly ice chucks. I had to throw most of it out. Not sure that I'd go back after this.

Worst Cold Stone around here. The two girls working over there doesn't even know how to prepare an order and they are not organized. There's a lack of communication as well. Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to hand me my order and it was wrong.
It happened on 1st July at 5:40pm and the store wasn't even busy.

Hard working and very friendly staff here. I learned about the mini pint that's offered at this ColdStone, and I always left with one of those. The staff was always so kind to take my order and make my concoction with attention and care, regardless of the line behind me. It was always such a treat after a long week.
I'm tired of always paying for toppings, only for them to forget to add them to my ice cream. It makes no sense—and they’re not slick!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Tiara at Cold Stone Creamery. From the second I walked in, she had the most welcoming smile and such positive energy which instantly made my day better. She was super patient while I made up my mind (because let’s be honest, it’s hard to choose with so many delicious options!), and she gave great suggestions based on what I was craving. It’s rare to find employees who go above and beyond like she does.
