Good company I loaded less 1 hour !!!! You need pre cooled -10 they don’t load if not pre cooled
Receiving hours 7:30 am -3:00 pm. Whatever broker tells you, they do not start before 7:30. They don’t check in before 7:30. The receiving guy is mean and nasty. Just try to ignore him. If you are a semi truck park any door 2-7. Grocery store across the road for while you wait. Tough docking. Other than that, relatively fast unloading. If they take you they do it fast, if they decide you are the least important, it will take more time.
I had a really uncomfortable and honestly scary experience here today around 2:30 PM.
When my food was ready, the employee who handed me the tray was rude in his tone and attitude. I calmly asked to speak with a manager, and he refused to call one. Instead, he told me that if I wanted the manager I should “just shout” so she can hear me from inside.
When the supervisor/manager came out, I explained what happened, but she didn’t take it seriously at all. What was shocking is that she seemed afraid of the employee, even though he’s supposed to be under her supervision.
While I was trying to explain the situation, that same employee started speaking to me in an intimidating, aggressive way that made me feel unsafe—like he could snap at any moment. I asked him to give me space so I could speak to the supervisor, and he ignored me and continued hovering/interrupting.
Before leaving, I asked for a way to contact the owner and was refused. I also asked for the employee’s name so I could report the incident properly, and that was refused too.
I walked out and I’m leaving this review because this place does not feel safe based on how staff behaved toward a customer. I will never return, and I hope management takes this seriously.

Hello, I have been buying your Reena's Mango ice-cream cups for many years but recently had an unsettling observation. I notice a lot of water ice in these ice-cream cups and furthermore there is atleast a half inch of just water ice at the bottom of the cup!!

It use to be so authentic food but since they introduced non-vegetarian, food, quality remain seriously concerns and as they are not able to prevent cross contaminations. Result of negligence is self explanatory that vegetarian frozen foods are recalled. Asking Deep to stop being a greedy and stay with Vegetarian Food if you go long way. Another serious concerns of several review writers regarding no expire dates on their food package is serious fraud. Finding a rubber glove in food package is playing with people life. Deep food must either shut down their business or do complete restructure with leaving idea of being an overnight millionaire out of their mind. It is highly recommended that FDA must keep eye on Deep Food as part of their obligation and keep people health intact.
Worst place to deliver too and they are so rude no respect to the drivers
3 boxes in a row all had cracking / broken plastic, some of it in dangerous sharp bits. Pity, because the flavor is not bad, but the company did not answer my emails over 30 days after the auto-responder.

I would not do business with them just for the fact that they pay their class b drivers 34 cents per mile poor guy has to drive so much just to get a $200 day he might as well go work up McDonald's do not respect the company like that.

Well seems that the folks here are nice. System for delivery could use work. That’s why 3 stars. Drivers are coming from all over the country. Do not come early there is no parking. Also no one answers the phone after hours so you can’t obtain that information until you drive there and get told to come back. There is zero parking close by except a Walmart. When I pulled into parking lot I was met by security who told me if I’m shopping go in but if I’m just parking move on.
Not enough info about exp date on deep product plus call warehouse and company Reps too.
Both answered differently one said one year and another Manager said 18 month from printed dates from ? but still not mentioned on box.
Since I see bad reviews about companies products looks like lacking on quality control and not standard compliance set for this company. FDA and USDA has to followed by company but looks like they don’t care about their clients needs.
If I see next time any of this product on self I will call to federal government to step in.by the way I post other company’s same product to know what is going on.
Great experience! The employees are friendly, and unloading is quick as long as you arrive at your appointment time. The dock can be a bit challenging, but it's manageable for professional drivers. Cover your hair with hair net
