Love all the food by Deeps food.1) Here is a new Product suggestion: Please come up with low sodium version (less than 250mg). Today's health conscious genre would love your food even more!2) I just bought "Chole Chatpate". The quantity of beans was surprisingly very less...need to be 50% more I would say. Please do review and evaluate the COGS again...Thank you. Deeps is the best that there is in the market. Hoping above suggestions would at least be looked into.

I LOVE DEEP INDIAN KITCHEN!! I really love indian food but unfortunately the closest restaurant is at least 40 minutes away from me. I found this brand at sprouts and have been hooked ever since and eating it almost everyday! I love that there are NO PRESERVATIVES!!! As someone with an extreme allergy to many preservatives, I am so relieved to finally find an option for quick, HEALTHY microwavable food! I never thought I would be able to find frozen packaged food that isn't bad for you! Thank you so much for everything you do. You have a customer FOR LIFE!

POTATOES ALL HAVE BROWN SPOTS AND FREZER BURNS.I have attached the video and will be sharing this video on social media so that consumers not be aware of Deep products PETTINESS .Hope you have courtesy to see the video, respond to my email and correct your mistake by labeling and pricing your products right. The email given on Deep Tindora package bounces back saying ADDRESS NOT FOUND . I tried to contact them via Deep Foods webside CONTACT us - when you enter all the information and hit send 500 Server Error comes up. There is no way to contact and complain.

The quality of the chicken in their frozen entrees is usually good. Sometimes you get a piece or two of woody chicken but it's normally higher quality than most frozen entrees. HOWEVER, Deep Foods just recently raised their prices *AND* they lowered the quantity (less chicken and less rice in Chicken Tikka Masala). The only thing worse than inflation is inflation *AND* shrinkflation. Why did you guys do BOTH? Never buying again!

Great food. Full points for that. Their frozen food is actually one of the best in markets, esp considering they use little preservatives and additives. So basically, they are good at what they set out to do - make good food.BUT..Really poor customer service, when it's available. Rude, arrogant with no straight answers to any questions just towing the official line(read We are following all the laws and that's all we can say about it). Like any "well-trained" customer service personnel, they are very good at giving answers without providing any information, unless you dig it out of them, at which point you are just a difficult customer wasting their time because you care to actually get real answers. Such a shame for a company that's otherwise doing such good work!

The taste of their products is nothing like Indian food. Everything tastes stale and seems to be made out of poor quality oil.

You really have give it to these suppliers and their profiteering and corporate greed.Their tandoori roti is now half in size almost like a puri and their nans are also half the size and the prices went from $1.99 to $3.49 .There is no valid logical reason for these coporates to behave like this other than sheer greed because when you look at their profits during the pandemic they actually do lied their profits s. Disgraceful and I am just done with them and will no longer support any of their products .Look at other products and buy them instead of supporting these greedy corporations.

Deceitful company. Bought their roasted rava, it smelled horrible. Also there are no expiry dates on their products. Convenient isn't it? Keep selling expired stuff, no one will know and question.

Being a Desi American growing up in Queens, I've been around a lot of people who know how to grind for their business...but this is the first time I saw a person, a young owner work behind the scenes and actually serve. Here's the story: This elderly Indian lady comes in, and is Jain, which basically means they don't eat anything from a root- so no potatoes, onions, garlic in food (why even live?). She asked this young man if he could make her anything without onions and garlic. If you've been here, you basically know it's Desi Chipotle- you have a few dishes, where you can choose your base, proteins, and toppings. A lot of the sauces and curries which are already prepared with onion and garlic need to be cooked down and served with the ingredients of your choice. So the man behind the counter, very young Indian man basically said, let me see what I can do for you. Guess what he did, he made a gravy and a dish without onions and garlic. Do you know who that young Indian man was? The owner. One of the most nicest and humble restaurant owners I've ever met. I was shocked, and told him he was too nice, and he just smiled. That speaks volumes. He even brought it to her at the table. Who does that? Now for the food: The food is authentic. Any Desi here knows Deep Foods is the Kraft of India. The fact that they've taken that and made amazing dishes that are available at a fast pace, that's affordable, made with CLEAN INGREDIENTS, AND NO PRESERVATIVES (you can pronounce everything on the back of their packages of prepped frozen foods and snacks for sale, and they are all clean ingredients we know, is amazing) is beyond impressive. For the reviews that are complaining about wait times, and how busy they are... they're busy because the food is good, and they prepare it fresh. The portions are perfect, as it's meant to be a balanced, fresh, and healthy meal. It's authentic food, and the food they serve is similar to how most of Indians eat at home- very little cream, butter, and it's just fresh, and you don't feel terrible after (like a lot of other overpriced Indian restaurants) This place is the real deal, and I can't wait for them to expand to more areas throughout the country.
