Disappointing Experience with Domino's - Avoid for Major Events
I ordered pizza from Domino's at 9 AM with the intention of having it delivered to my son's 1st-grade class. The order number was #16, and I had hoped to surprise the kids with a fun lunchtime treat. However, my experience turned into a complete nightmare.
By 12:45 PM, I was informed by the teacher that the pizza still hadn’t arrived, even though the delivery was supposed to be in the morning. After calling the store to inquire, I was told that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. I explained that it was a school order and that after 2 PM, the school would let out, meaning there would be no need for four boxes of pizza. Still, there was no sense of urgency or remorse. They didn’t even apologize for disappointing me, or the kids who were excited about the pizza.
To make matters worse, there was no proactive communication from Domino's – no text, email, or phone call to inform me of the delay. I was left completely in the dark and forced to deal with a frustrating situation on my own.
If you're planning on ordering from Domino's for a special occasion, especially something important like a school event, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing. Don't make the same mistake I did.

They charge you for chilly flakes which is complimentary that comes with pizza ..scamming you to make money!!!!! Never again ordering on this location.. staff sucks with bad attitude!

Dec 20. 2024 the girl thats was taking my order horrible. It could be they dont like the sales. She’s canceled my food for the wait time… smh 1 year buying in this store and just today when in was hungry she put negative attention and doesn’t make the food. Anyway good bless this store

THIS PLACE SUCKS I tried making an order but they said I pranked call them and I didn't! it was one of my first times ordering from this place and I was really nervous so I just said nevermind and cancelled the call but they got me in trouble by my mother and when I tried explaining with them they didn't care!
Kid-friendliness: Letting the kid speak and explaining the story instead of just getting mad and getting them in trouble

Domino's storem - 1903 Morris ave Union Nj They were good in the past. In the photo you can see my order. Very over cooked . The delivery person was fantastic and the only plus for them.

Update about a year and a half later: things seemed to have improved. It's been a while since my order has had any issue, and they're not so short-staffed anymore. I've updated my score to reflect that. Below is my original review.
I've ordered from them about 4 times. One time, the cashier was rude. Another time, the worker was by themselves and told me that I had to go inside despite my carside delivery. And the other time, I ordered carside delivery, only to be forced to come in and end up having my order messed up anyway.

Delicious pizza and chicken wings, but the guy that brought my pizza to the car today was really pissed off at me, my daughter made an order and must have accidentally hit I’m here after placing the order so I went to pick up the orders , he said he had to come out twice before and I was not there, he didn’t give me a chance to say a word just yelled what he had to say and walked away, now I wonder if he messed with my food, I should have really refused the food

i parked less than 20 steps from the door, and the person who brought out my curb side delivery was nasty and rude as all hell. He yelled at me for parking so far and making him walk less than 20 ft from the door to my car(i was parked two car spots away from the door). he said and i quote “you know it’s raining outside and your making me walk in it” then he threw the receipt that he is supposed to keep at me and walked away. just so everyone knows… it wasn’t even raining, it was barely a sprinkle. if they want you to park in a more specific place i suggest investing in curbside parking signs! as someone who works in food service (starbucks) that interaction was entirely disgusting

pathetic dominos I have ever ordered...who ever had made the pizza that guy must have been working at a laundromat and thats how he baked the pizza. burnt and has no taste at all... I hope dominos will promote you to work at dominos gas station where you can pump the gas.... never ever going to order here.
