Food is incredible which is why I continue to frequent. The service is absolutely the worst. I am at a loss for words when trying to articulate how dissatisfied I am with the level of service received from this establishment. I wish the owner would address it.

Great food every time I order out or sit down for a nice dinner. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always professional. I love the food and the green house they give is amazing, everyone should use the green sauce as much as possible.

Get the green sauce and put it on everything! This is my favorite Don Alex location. Friendly staff, food is fresh, and service is typically quick. I typically get the #6 lunch special, runs about $7-8. Great price for good food.

I order a half chicken combo and the cornball at the register rings it up and says “20 bucks”. I’m like let me see the receipt. He says ok, adjusts the prices on everything and it obviously still turned out to be less than $20. He said I have to “wait for my change”. He must’ve thought I was half retarded like him to get ripped off for a half chicken. Same as the other locations, one shut down I think, because they’re just greedy horrible people. I can’t believe I even considered giving them another chance.After all that, the food turned out terrible anyway. The beans are absolutely disgusting. I’m sorry but Peruvians cannot and should not make beans. I thank God everyday I come where I’m from and rice and beans are the best on the planet.

I ordered the carne lomo saltado when I went. The meat was very flavorful but the amount was very little and it felt like it was the scraps of the other meats. The passion fruit juice was a bit watered down as well. On a positive note the green sauce was great.
Okay chicken, They are stingy with their Aji, which they shouldnt. They want to charge $1 for extra aji (which I dont mind paying), but it isnt worth it because ALL of their aji containers are super extra small. I wish there was another Peruvian Pollo A la Brasa nearby who could show this people to be a little m improve their skills. Update: Management has greatly improved their service skills and has great success managing the takeout and dine in customers at once. They're more generous with their aji and more flavorful
