Connected with Domenick from a colleague’s recommendation to use his services for a professional network event I was hosting this week. From start to finish, working with him and his team was a total breeze. He is polite, courteous, and straightforward and provides clear directive and recommendations. We booked DR Catering for passed hors d’oeuvres (including desserts!) and mocktails for our event, and I was thrilled to learn that he also handled furniture rental. The team was so professional and friendly. Our event went so smoothly thanks to the talents of Alejandro, Ricky, Lily, and Eloy who were staffed for the evening. Domenick made a top notch menu recommendation and I had 0 changes and loved every bite I took! The food and drink were plentiful and we had lots leftover to take home and enjoy again. I must have drank 12 of the spicy mojito mocktail. I absolutely recommend DR Catering and will be more than happy to use them again when we are in need of their services!!!

Do you know how hard it is to find a good, reasonable, reliable caterer??? Especially when it's for a work event and everyone is relying on you to feed a room full of hungry employees on a budget?? Well let me tell you, it's not easy! I have used DR Catering 3 times now, twice for large team meetings at work (25 people) and today for our annual team bbq (30+ people). The owner Domenick is responsive, professional and flexible! Previously we used restaurants that also do catering for our work events, and there was always something missing from the order, or charged incorrectly, or just plain screwed up. What I love best about DR Catering is they are not a restaurant that also does catering, they are a caterer and that means they do nothing but catering and they get everything right the first time! My team members have absolutely raved about the quality and taste of the food provided, and there is always plenty of it, they do not skimp! I've told my entire department about DR Catering and I know some of our other teams have used them as well and gave been just as happy with their results! I look forward to continuing to use Domenick's company for ALL our team events! I NEVER want to have to find another caterer! Thank you Domenick, my team and I are so glad we found you!

I am a very happy repeat client of Domenick Rizzo Catering! In early June, I hired Dom to host an upscale cocktail party to celebrate my son's law school graduation. Dom and his team are amazing! He is so easy to collaborate with, worked within my budget, and came up with such fun and innovative ideas. Ex: doing cool drink pairings to accompany each of the passed hors d'oeuvres. So we had Shrimp ceviche with fresh mango and avocado paired with a white sangria shot, Black bean and roasted corn empanada's with a chipotle creme paired with a margarita shot, lobster rolls paired with a shot of sam adams beer, Hoison pork belly Boa Buns paired with a shot of Japanese beer, and so much more, including grill stations and beautifully displayed grazing tables. All of the food was absolutely delicious - everyone was commenting on it! His servers and bartender were outstanding and so helpful and the signature cocktails were a huge hit!And he seamlessly catered to multiple dietary restrictions with amazing options!Dom also recommended entertainment and made everything so easy with the rentals.I cannot recommend him more highly - it was such an epic party! French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries and more. Everything was fresh and scrumptious. Food arrived before scheduled and the man that delivered was so helpful.
