the new store manager they got is the nastiest person they could’ve ever hired , she’s never nice to any customer , i always order and she’s always rude , talking nasty about her associates to other associates, doesn’t know how to talk to people.

I highly do not recommend this Dunkin. I had ordered 75 munchkins a few days before I had came in for my son's class party for his birthday. The girl Brit took down the order and said not to pay until I pick it up at 8:30. she said she will tell her manager Jaelin about the order and to pay at pick up. I also called the day before pick up to make sure the order was set and Jaelin said that it would be ready. Come Friday morning, I came in and they had no idea what I was talking about and did not have my order. The one guy working there asked if I ordered it during this shift and was laughing at me. I asked to speak to Jaelin and she said they wouldn't fill an order if it was never paid for and I never paid for so that's why it wasn't ready. I said I was told by Brit the other day and also by her on the phone, I could pay there and she just stared at me blankly. Then she was like "Do you want the munchkins or not because there is another customer behind you?" Are you serious? How would can a "manager" be when I was told incorrect info. I got them only because I was in a time crunch and didn't want to ruin my son's bday celebration for his class but never ever again will I give this particular Dunkin Donuts my business. On top of it, they only have 3 munchkin varieties. Run and go elsewhere!!

One of the best ones I’ve been to in a while. Donuts were great, sandwiches tastes delicious. The new manager is so patient and kind to the workers and customers. Such an improvement. I will continue to use this Dunkin’.

I love drinking my coffee over there, but the manager need a little visit because he is rude this is my second time he talk like I am ask him a favor I started used the app because of him I really don’t like to do that but he need to be polite to everyone this customer service ✌?

Trying to solve to DD app order issue and the manager has hostile attitude and give no resolution to my order. Instead he asks me to spend time to call corporate for one in store order.
this dunkin is amazing. A really nice atmosphere And really great coffee. My server kevin was very friendly and got my order right! Would definitely come back more often

Management need to visit this location I’m aware you’re short staffed but there’s no excuse to be jumping from the back to the registers wearing the same gloves touching money and food with the same gloves. I stood there and observed this then I went back thinking maybe it was that associate nope a new person was there and did the same thing I’m done with this location just nasty. Wish I could of given 0 stars
