I wanted to buy a latte here, but when I saw how the staff worked, I immediately changed my mind. Right in front of me, an employee was mopping the floor, then wrung out the dirty rag and, without washing their hands, switched to making a drink for a customer. If you want to catch some disease, this place is for you. No hygiene or sanitary standards at all. 0 out of 10.

Very slow service ,ordered bagel with cre cheese, coffee bagel came out before coffee. By the time coffee came bagel was cold. Not enough cream cheese i asked for toasted IT WAS WARMED. LUCKILY FOR ME its my first time here and will be my last

They charge more than any Dunkin I’ve been to. A donut at the Dunkin right up the street is $1.79, here it’s $2.09. Same with the latte; everywhere else it’s $4.39 here it’s $4.79. Save your money go elsewhere. My latte was also gross, I had to call to make a complaint.

Check your orders!! So many times I’ll order something and get to work and it’s wrong. Two days in a row I’ve ordered tea with sugar and my tea has no sugar in it. A complete waste.

If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. After politely requesting additional coffee in my drink because it had too much cream, I was rudely denied and forced to buy a new order. This lack of willingness to accommodate a simple request reflects poorly on the Dunkin brand. I strongly advise against visiting this location due to its poor service and unhelpful staff. This experience was a major letdown and deserves a big thumbs down.
