If I could leave this Dunkin 0 stars I would. The service is the worst. There is no point in ordering through the mobile app because your order is never ready, let alone even started by the time you get there. It does not matter if it’s early morning or before closing. They have no urgency and they lack customer service all around. This is the closest Dunkin to our home but I will be traveling further for Dunkin instead of returning here. We’ve given them endless chances but it’s never changing, only getting worse. And on top of it all, you wait so long for food and coffee and it’s always cold. No thanks.

This is possibly one of the worse dunkins to ever exist. I placed an order over a hour ago and they didn't begin on my order until 30 minutes later, which made my order late. You will have to wait forever for your order. Do not go here. There is an issue every time i come here. Then one of the workers ( the black girl with the blonde braids) gave attitude when i asked about my order after having to go pick it up on my own. You try to call them and no one answers.

I ask for a twist with cream cheese and they put a piece of pork in my cream twist like what is this? I don't even eat this i thought they was getting it together finally making my drinks right now the messed up something so simply as spreading cream cheese on a bagel

I Come to this location EVERYDAY and my order ALWAYS messed up even if i pre order or order in person, its VERY annoying. something has to be done because theres no reason why my order is ALWAYS messed up. they either put shots of expresso into my chai latte when i DONT ask for it.

Sad that our local dunking donuts it’s always dirty, bathroom nasty ? place over all always dirty seems like they have no managers on duty reason why it’s not manage the way it should .. sad that dunking donuts franchise looks the way it does here in union giving our home town a bad name ..
