EXCELLENT. We’re a Puerto Rican family and just didn’t feel like cooking this Christmas. Ordered arroz con gandules, pernil, pastelon, mini empanadas, alcapurias, papá rellena, and Pasteles. Everything was PERFECT. We will definitely be back.

Caught them at the Just Jersey food truck festival last weekend. Tried the chicken empanadas and they were pretty good. Nice size portions etc, however, it was the start of the event and the truck had no sour cream. That's literally the one thing we eat these with, so they offered us a similar version of sour cream with some kind of crema mixed in, but it was too spicy for my kid, so she wasn't a fan and therefore, couldn't finish her food. I def think SC is something the truck making Latin food should keep on hand! It's pretty common.

A small place that reminds you of home!!! I absolutely love the food here. If I’m honest one of my favorite days to go is on Thursday when they have Pastelón!! The staff is always nice and if ordering take out I suggest you call ahead. Wait time isn’t bad about 10-20 minutes. Food is always fresh and seasoned well! You won’t be disappointed with the food at El Lechon.

We had a delicious lunch here. Alvaro was our server. He greeted us with a big smile. The place itself is small, yet charming. They play a mix of salsa music which brings out the flavor of the beautiful island. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for authentic Puerto Rican food.

Tried the Alcapurrias excellent choice , I tried Pernil with Rice and Beans and fried plantain. Really tasty food , great service and very cheap.
had the chance to try their food at the Rico Rico Latin Festival over the weekend, and I felt compelled to leave a review today. The food was absolutely delicious so much so that I went back to grab more to take home for dinner that evening. Despite the location being nearly an hour from where I live, I’ll definitely be making the trip. It’s that good!

So I went to pickup a friends order made a order for myself order of pastellios beef which was delicious also order the morcillas I got what you can see the picture the blood sausage was not cook completely I got two plantains no salad I have not touched the order for your self

Excellent food, service, clean place, clean bathroom. Great value for your money, a ton of food for $15. If you like good loud music they have that too. Deserts were great. Pastel was great. Awesome all around. You can tell stuff is good when they run out of most (including the limbers). 10/10. Great work. Muchisimas gracias y muchas bendiciones.

The atmosphere is amazing reminds me of Puerto Rico with the music playing it's very small location there are a few tables inside and a couple table outside but the place is always packed so you're better off just taking to go. The customer service here is amazing and the food is absolutely delicious a must go for authentic Puerto Rican food.
