So we did not have a great experience at this location. We arrived at this location at 11:47 AM. We placed our order and the only thing we received was the bacon and one drink 20 minutes go by we’re seeing other people receiving their food we still have nothing 20 more minutes go by we ask our waiter you know we still didn’t get our food. Can we see a manager? It took a manager like 15 minutes to arrive to our table then when we told her that we have not received our food while everybody around us has received their food after being seated after us by like 30 minutes. Another manager came walking very slowly to the table told us a crazy excuse like oh our food is running late but how is our food running late when everyone around us that ordered the same thing that we ordered is coming out on time then it was told that our waiter forgot to put in our order but yet no one came to the table to tell us that it’s now been an hour, and we still haven’t received any food And the manager, instead of being compassionate with us not receiving our food and nobody informing us that our order was not put in our food was running late. He’s making excuses as if this experience wasn’t unprofessional and I just will never go back there again.

There was a hair in my food, I’m shocked. I tried to call to speak to the manager and no one answered. Also ordered cheese grits and there was less than a spoonful of grits. Idk if they feel like customers ordering from DoorDash don’t deserve quality meals but I’m highly disgusted and disappointed. I paid 20$ for this and can’t even trust to eat it because it’s HAIR in my food!

Waitress was very pleasant & helpful. She helped me decide on items & suggested a good breakfast beverage. Meal quality was consistent with other first watch locations. Place was clean & had a nice breakfast experience.

I ride by this place all the time and kept saying I was going to stop by I finally stopped by and I wasn’t disappointed the food was excellent the Floridian French toast I loved the fresh fruit , turkey sausage good and the biscuit with turkey gravy is hard to find everyone cooks it with pork so I really enjoyed it . The honey caramel crunch ice coffee and watermelon wakeup drink was so refreshing I will be back our new brunch spot ..

Wife and I knew First Watch has great food from visiting south NJ locations. Shrimp & Grits limited on their special menu was great, also had the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy which is my personal fav. Staff is great; they were busy from what looked like a wedding party dining in. We were lucky to get seated right away but got lost in the shuffle and never got a server. I went to the front desk to check and it happened to be the supervisor who HUSTLED to take care of us. She did not wait for her team to free up and took ownership. That’s a great leader and someone who cares about their customer! TLDR- good food, good place, great staff.

I stopped by this location after enjoying a great meal at their Woodbridge, VA restaurant.
This spot is even better for me—it’s located right next to LA Fitness, where I’m a national member. Perfect for grabbing a healthy bite after a workout.
I ordered the Shrimp and Grits (very tasty), Blueberry Lemon Cornbread (a little too sweet), and the Watermelon Wakeup juice (fresh and refreshing). Amanda, my server, was excellent—she even offered juice samples so I could pick my favorite.
I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.
Very attentive & pleasant staff. Jaquan was exceptionally helpful with the explanation of the menu, it’s contents and sides, while efficiently serving multiple clients. Oh yes and the food was delicious as usual. The coffee? Not so much… But overall 8.5 out of 10. Great Job guys!
