I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. While my omelet was being prepared, I saw the hostess put his hand directly into my food and take a piece of bacon. Regardless of intent, this completely crossed basic hygiene standards and made me very uncomfortable. The individual was a dark skinned male with glasses, and I want to be respectful, but this situation should never happen in any restaurant. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. Cleanliness and food safety are non-negotiable for me.

Excellent food and service. It wasn’t busy when we showed up, but the place was packed by the time our food arrived. Still, it didn’t slow the service or affect us. Everything was made perfectly. Each dish was very filing. Food was delicious and drinks (cold beverages and hot coffee) were refreshing.

I love First Watch’s food, but the coffee experience is rough. A $5 black coffee regularly takes 15 minutes and somehow still isn’t filled all the way. Not sure why something so simple is so inconsistent. Amazing food, but the service—especially coffee—needs serious attention.

Food was delicious but the service wasn’t great because I had to keep asking for basic things like straw, butter, and syrup. The major thing that bothered me the most was the waiter placed 2 coffee mugs on my table because I ordered hot tea. He brought my daughter’s drink and took the 2 coffee mugs off my table to give to another table. Not once did he communicate about why he was doing what he was doing or letting me know that he is intended to go get the hot tea I ordered. When I questioned him about the hot tea, he gave me a nasty look like I was wrong for questioning him. This was my first experience dining with First Watch and probably my last.
The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful. They were the ones who were able to obtain my basic needs.

This restaurant was amazing the atmosphere was incredible and the food was even better. Our waiter Habiba was extremely charming and helpful. We definitely recommend this restaurant
First time ordering here. I picked up an order before. And said I need to give it a try... try it lol please I got the steak potato and egg white with chimi churri (green) I personally think the red would have sent it over the moon. And the drink omgggggggg 10/10. I got the lavender drink so good. Only issue they burned some of the potatoes lol. But foreal no issues I'll be back
