Never had any issues here. The staff and all managers are genuinely nice, caring and attentive. Especially the one lady manger with the glasses and the guy manager with dreads. Five guys is a vibe \\😁/ plus I always give the maximum optional tip on the five guys card machine for my appreciation. 🙌 You guys have a bless day on every working and many more of other days. I appreciate the positive mindset you guys have. Also love the energy in the store. 😃

Yes, their hamburger may be good, but the fries had an incredibly high amount of hot sauce and they fried the potatoes too long ago and gave them to us cold. I am uncomfortable and not satisfied with this issue.

Food was bland, no salt on fries. Soggy burger mush was barely edible. Customer service was unwelcoming. Server seemed annoyed to work there and I had to repeat myself to get my pick up order. I'm done with Five Guys. Never Again. Prices go up but service gets worse. Totally disappointed.

You need to teach your workers some manners because they are very rude and disrespectful. The guy who a customer took a picture of (saying he's one of the worst workers) called my order number and when I went to pick it up, he tossed the order to me sliding it across the counter in a very rude way. He's very lucky I counted to ten and went to my car because one day he's gonna disrespect the wrong person and it's not going to end too well. I WON'T BE RETURNING BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO PRISON.
