I ordered a burger bowl and 2 other meals on 12/9/24. As I was eating I found what appears to be a roach in my food. I'm just disgusted.

Wanted to get the hotdog NO SAUERKRAUT, decided to get BLT, BIG mistake (on hamburger bun,, Chopped onion, shattered beat up lettuce, WORST part the bacon bits/OVERCOOKED fractured and cold. Of course the food and fries are awesome, but I'm actually writing about the staff.
While waiting in line, I was basically treated to a comedy routine. I laughed the whole time. The interplay among the staff as they worked HARD (they NEVER stopped moving) was invigorating. They seemed as if they were a family rather than colleagues; the camaraderie was highly evident. They reminded me of the seafood workers at Pike's Place Market in Seattle (look them up on YouTube...they're legendary!)
And the young lady up front, Tylekea, was extremely patient (with all of my questions) and informative with her answers. She stated she had worked there only a month; however, she really knew what she was talking about.
Lastly, the gentleman in the back really put care and time into preparing the food.
Go for the food...but also go for the entertainment.

Five guys is too expensive and it not worth the money they charge for the food
My family frequents this Five Guys. We love coming here, but our most recent visit was a let down. One of the things we ordered was a grilled cheese and we paid extra for bacon. When we got home with the food, I was disappointed to see that there was no bacon in my sandwich. We were also concerned about cleanliness - we saw a team member drop something on the floor and proceed to handle my food items without washing their hands. We didn’t feel comfortable eating the fries right out of the bag so we air fried them at home. The team members seemed distracted with the conversations they were having amongst themselves which may be why they did not take care in fulfilling our order. Terrible service.

That's the best burger in the US with cheap price and fanstasitc quality.
The fries are always amazing. Not only they will give u more than a full cup of fresh fries, the fries itself tastes really good. It's so soft and when it melt in the mouth, you could just feel the freshness of the potato.
The cheeseburger are fantastic with strong cheese flavour & chewy and tasty beef meat.
Will surely visit again.
