Food was fine. Halfway through our meal a guy smelling of marijuana (which we could smell 15 feet away) walked through the door and walked directly to the kitchen where I guess he was starting his shift. Not comfortable with the idea that someone who is high is making my food. We had ordered milkshakes. The staff forgot all about them until we asked. There was only one other patron there so, no reason for them to forget our order when they just took it.

I arrived at shift change and waited for 2 6 minutes to have my order completed. During that time I watch the shift supervisor close out his logs and the on coming staff complain that the grill has not been clean. Thank you for service, I will never go there again.

Terrific French Fries and very good hamburgers. After ordering at the register you get called when your order is ready and you take it to your table( or home). There are free refills on the soda and there are free peanuts in the shell.

We got in right before closing, and the staff was still super friendly and got us our food really quickly!Always enjoy Five Guy's food, and this run was no exception. I would definitely recommend hitting these guys up if you're in the area!

I guess when it comes to a tourist experience this is not the best place to go. No meals, no plates (all in the same bag), pricy, meat was not something outta this world, and bread fell off constantly so you end up needing utensils and it's all messy bc there's no plate. Just disappointing.

I recently visited Five Guys and was thoroughly disappointed by my experience. Right from the outset, the staff's nonchalant attitude towards customers set a poor tone. What particularly caught my attention was the lack of personal hygiene, especially the staff's unkempt fingernails, which was off-putting.The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The soda and condiment area was swarming with gnats, creating a very unhygienic environment. This was further compounded by the state of the bathrooms, which were nothing short of disgusting.To make matters worse, the tables were dirty and created an unwelcoming atmosphere for dining. It's clear that there's a severe lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service, which reflects poorly on the management. The owners need to take a more active role in overseeing the operations and ensuring basic standards are met.Unfortunately, my experience was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing out my food and leaving the restaurant. It felt like I had just donated $18 to a place that doesn't value its customers or their dining experience. This visit was a total letdown and has discouraged me from returning in the future.
