I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Georges Union Subs. The owner is such a nice guy, and his staff consistently provide outstanding customer service. The food is incredibly fresh, and I can personally vouch for the amazing subs they serve, which comes with more than enough meat. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to try one. It’s definitely worth it!

Grew up in Union and back for the first time in many years. I was looking for a taste of home as I remembered it and came upon George's. Fantastic sub. Had an Italian and the memories of childhood flowed back. Great flavor. I told George when I was ordering that I live in South Carolina and can't get anything that even remotely resembles a real sub sandwich. Great lunch. Thanks George.

Amazing subs! Delicious and made to perfection with just the right amount of ingredients on the soft, fresh bread. Shane was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Gaby was a great help—what an excellent team! The experience, food, and clean environment were all top-notch. just stopped in today with my husband. subs are his favorite food and its hard to find a good sub place that gives stacked subs for a good price but it was our first time at Georges's place and wow. you will defiantly get your moneys worth. amazing stacked subs and George was great, super helpful, friendly, and his love for his business made us want to come back. you can always tell when someone gives it their all and George is defiantly one of those people.

If you grew up in Jersey then you remember REAL delis or sub shops. Not subway or jimmy johns. This is a real sub shop. This is what you’ve been looking for. The bread is great. The meat is right. The oil and vinegar and toppings are fresh. Please go here so they can stay in business and I can keep coming here too. Love it.

This is my new sub place, George and his crew were very friendly and courteous, the place was clean inside. I always order a half of turkey and capicola sub but this sub was scrumptious, soft bread, the turkey melted in my mouth and the ham was the right amount of spicy. If you’re looking for something better, this one is it!! *****
