I went to Glendales last night after a rough day at work. I wanted to treat myself to their amazing Garlic Knots. (The best in town) As soon as I walked in the man behind the register greeted me with a warm smile. I made my order and he gave me extra! It’s the small things that can change a person’s mood. I didn’t get his name but thank you! I will definitely comeback again.

I used to come here all the time with my family when we lived in Union. We loved the food and the people. I stopped for dinner at 7:45 this evening before picking up my wife at the airport and sat in the dining room - For 15 minutesThere were 2 other tables that had been served.No one acknowledged meNo one came to my tableI casually got up and walked outNo one said a thingVery disappointed that I was totally ignoredI hope it was just a bad night for them

When my whole cheesesteak did not have fries inside the sandwich and my Pasta e Fagioli was chicken noodle soup. I was unable to reach customer service when the phone goes on a busy signal. When I'm making a complaint about an order place, I was given the ultimatum of waiting for your order to be taken back. Meanwhile, there's no driver available and I'm hungry? Make it make sense. Well, it was my first time ordering and quality of service needs to improve.

I enjoyed coming here but they become so cheap. I bought a pizza and there was hardly any cheese on it and was not spicy. The last time I came I ordered a sandwich and it had two slices of meat on it. I won’t be coming back!!
