Cashier with curly hair and chubby was rude to my entire family and disrespectful mean mugging us and staring at us. We were standing waiting for our order and proceeds to tell us to “move away from the counter other people are coming”. Completely disrespectful even if it’s 40 mins before close have some respect.

I didn’t actually order anything but came about 30 minutes before close. The guy working tonight, 2/16/2025, was incredibly smug. He said there were only specific things we could order. He said there were no milk teas or slushes. I wanted something with Taro for my son and I asked what I could get and he responds, “well Taro is a flavor” and I respond, “well I’m not sure what I can get if you said you don’t have milk teas or slushes.” We ended up leaving because he was completely unprofessional and so rude. Not going back to this location again.

I am not a fan of Bobba Tea, and in fact try to stay away from them as much as possible but accompanied a freind recently to Gong Cha, and I am happy that I decided on Gong Cha for giving Bobba Tea one more chance. I loved Tea flavor and the coconut jelly bits, still not a fan of the Tapioca pearls but it was definitely way better than other Bobba Teas that I have tried in the past.
I drive by this place almost everyday, so let's see if this becomes a regular thing
