Drink was good like always. But the service today was terrible. The young lady with short brown hair with pops of color in it, at the front taking the orders, saw me obviously waiting for a drink, which I ordered in the app. And didn’t ask once if I needed anything or was waiting for something. I saw people come in whole time getting served. Not once did she ask or try to help me. Very poor service. I waited for over 25minutes. Disappointing.

We just go here bc the Boba is always good and is consistent. Although this is nicely decorated, There is no seating here. It's very small and strangely very warm each time. The service is just okay. They just take your order and enter it into their system. There is no above and beyond here. We just get our drinks and leave and it's not complicated.

My daughter loved the specialized corn dog varieties. I didn't get as many wings as their pic showed but it was delicious nonetheless. The young man at the counter was very attentive and accommodating. I will bring her friends back to join us next time.

I just love Gong Cha tea, the creme brulee. Always have to come to Jersey for some as they don't have a store close to my location. Please come to Orlando already ?. The Union location doesn't have a sitting area but we did use the window ledge and dined in.

Don’t waste your time! Take a drive to Edison for better service this place is run by individual with horrible customer service & they don’t listen to your request. 30% doesn’t mean 100% && neither does light ice mean all ice!!! Taking my business elsewhere. This was my third time is a charm try & failed. Train your employees more effectively!!

Barista with curly hair was very rude when my order came back and accused me of ordering it incorrectly. A small simple fix be made into a scene. I spoke calmly and even tipped prior to the matter.As remaking the drinks he snatches the curtain back and talks about me to the other baristas as if I wouldn’t hear over a cloth curtain.I’m used to the Gongcha’s in Maryland but micro aggressions at this location I will not go again.

First time trying the place and I loved it! The customer service was great and the teas were delicious. My daughter tried the mango green tea with the mango pearls and I tried the passionfruit green tea and the peach green tea. All of them were great!!
