Trying to find good BBQ in NJ is a chore, more often getting something that wasn't worth the drive. Until now. Hadez Food Truck is THE BEST BBQ I have ever tried in NJ. I had the brisket fries and had to go back for a second round. The brisket is cooked to perfection and is so tender, it literally falls of the bone. And that rub?
