Not very attentive, young lady standing around with a plastic bowl from home eating and talking to the cooks instead of paying attention to the customers. My server was nice (never came back to check on me ) but my order was not right…. Luke warm water for the tea, clumps of hot chocolate powder throughout the drink, plastic spoon provided, I asked for green peppers ONLY with my potato’s, I received 30 diced onions and about 10 diced green peppers, pancakes were not cooked in the middle and the top layer came off, water glass was dirty, steak bites tasted weird & were greasy . I had to get up and walk to the register to get my check…….. everyone ignored me and kept speaking Spanish as if wasn’t there…. Finally I had to interrupt the server while the girl with the plastic container from home with food in it , looked at me with a smirk…… it was an absolute terrible experience. I remember when this IHOP was one of the best….. never again.

We came here on Friday day after thanksgiving only 2 servers the Spanish girl who was our server was not nice . Her demeanor was not pleasant. We order pancakes with scrambled eggs bacon etc she presented the eggs , the eggs fell out on the table out of the plate .She did not even apologize for the spill she just went and got another plate . A few minutes later She went a head took a seat with her legs over the chair and forgot the next persons egg. I ask her about the egg her response was that only 1 egg was order inwhich I knew it was 2 . She came back with the egg still no apology just a nonchalant attitude. . Her continents was not great so decided to put the rest of the food in container and leave. She did not even ask us is everything OK or if we need anything extra she was on her phone with her legs across the chair just like it was her home.

Poor service. We were the first people to be seated for breakfast, and somehow all the tables that came after us got their food before we did. When I followed up with our server, it turns out she never told the kitchen our order. New empty plates and water glasses placed on our table were dirty. Food was okay. Would not return here.

My recommendation: If you love iHOP - find another one
The place is packed Not enough space, so you have a feeling like you are on a busy train
The place is loud because there are almost no separation between the tables and again, not enough space You need to speak loud if you want to have a conversation Long wait for the order to be cooked Dirty Plates and garbage are not being removed from the table, at all

The sausage gravy was bland. The cinnamon pancakes had no cream cheese drizzle. I got rye toast instead of white. And before any of that begun, 4 of us knew what we were eating before anyone stopped at the table to say hi or take a drink order.

Food was ok nothing out this world. The service I will say is amazing. The atmosphere felt very cramped. You literally eat and go.

They have really good food. I had the best time. The servers treat customers right in my opinion and my family and I had a great time there. I will go there every day for breakfast
Got this through door dash. Only reason I love this place is because of the strawberry syrup. They ALWAYS FORGET to put it in. I’m done ordering from here. Love the pancakes but also love the syrup. Sorry I hop. I give up.

Food was just Ok. I hope they go back to making the pancakes to order. Making them and then heating them up in the microwave is TRASH. Sad, how they don't even Care to serve good food. Cook at home or buy the frozen pancakes. Same flavor. 2025 and it's no better. The manager isn't directing. Food came to the table called. We are 5 ft from the grill and the food is cold. They do not strive to be better and it shows. They trying to make money without hot food or service. Makes no sense but it shows they don't care.

Sorry to say , skip this one. Ingredients are not fresh, and low level prep. Probably not entirely the staffs fault. Maybe understaffed. Parking lot was empty for a reason I now realize. Looked like it was closed, but was open. Service was friendly but the food prep is not there. Hashbrowns disastrously raw inside burned outside. Toast hard, coffee warmish.

My daughter & I was planning on going to a diner & we decided to change plans when we saw IHOP on the way This location is fairly busy & smaller than some. The service was really great I think Mr Hilton was our server. He was awesome very nice made sure we had all we needed. The food was very good. We didn't wait long to get seated either. IHop is a family favorite for us. Will definitely visit this location again. Glad we decided to go.

The food was good , The service was also good the atmosphere good but I left out disappointed. I could have said something but I didn’t because technically, it was my responsibility to look at what I was paying. Beware when paying with Card make sure you look at what you’re being charged for. I did not realize that the tip was already included. We were a party of six, but I feel like my server at the time of charging me with his personal tablet could’ve let me know. Hey, the tip is already included. I basically always tip 20% but I did not realize that the tip was already included. The server failed to notify me and I ended up paying $70 of tip at a freaking IHOP. I guess I bless this man for the moment, but I will definitely pay attention for next time and this is definitely a learning lesson for me from now on. I have to check my receipt. I could’ve said something while I was still at the restaurant. I’m not gonna lie it threw me off and I left pissed. He could’ve notified me. He basically I feel like he did it on purpose because of how quick he was he just quickly showed me the total I just signed, and then I applied the tip without letting me actually see that the tip was already included. Definitely a lesson learned and I will make sure to open my eyes from now on. This ruined my whole morning
