Disappointing! And for me to say disappointing it’s disappointing! I never waste my time writing a review unless i had a bad experience! I came with my children today for breakfast which is my fault because i never come to this location from the last experience i had. I asked for a smoke house combo my sausage was rubbery, the eggs had so much butter i felt my cholesterol getting high before i even took a bite, my pancakes had hair in it and my potatoes were not cooked all the way, then had the nerve not to have seasoning on them! I asked for seasoned potatoes and instead of making my food over i was brought a side of seasoning to put on top of my food sadly. On top of that my son food wasn’t even enough to feed an animal they literally gave him two sausage a half of hash brown and one scrambled egg. I will never come back to this location i couldn’t even talk to the manager because i was so pissed off! It’s too many people on that grill who can’t cook, on top of that if you see the workers overwhelmed why keep sitting people give them time to catch up on the customers already waiting. My food was rushed and ihop should be happy i don’t know corporate to call and complain!

Great everything, but they really need more space inside or get people’s phone numbers to call them for waiting in their car when it’s packed. There’s no space inside to wait. They should REALLY consider moving the high chairs/baby seats into a utility closet instead of in the hallway where there’s limited space. A small bench would be better than the high chairs

I went yesterday with my son. The service was extremely slow. It took forever to get a seat. They were not acknowledging that we were even there.Then finally someone asked do you need a sear after waiting 20 mins. The waitress had a huge attitude from the minute she xame over whcih took another 20 mins for her to come over. I asked anquestioboutbthebpoints on the app and she gave me a huge artitufe and said she disn’t know so I had asked ro speak to someone. I also asked soemthing about the mni and she also had a huge attitude. Then i asked for a small juice and she brought over a large one and when i had asked about ir she said there&: only one size. Whcih isn’t right to charge $4.69 for a karge juice id you only want a small. It took forever for the food to come and then it was cold but indidnt complain since my son was really hingry at thatnpoint. When she brought over th3 food she didnt even ask do you need anything else. .towards the ejd shebfinally asked how’s everything when we were almosr completely done. I iust felt very uncomfortable because of the nasty attitude and slow service and cold food. Will be goinf to a different ihop in the future wven though this one is three mins from me.

I'm a BIG fan of iHop at low peak times. The food is always fresher, hotter and of course the service prime - you feel like you're the only one in the restaurant. TBH, the service is always good - even when they're busy - the servers work their butt off to get you seated and take your order.

I recently ate here and noticed not only were changes in the menu but it didn’t have that family atmosphere or vibe. It was sad to learn that my favorite Ihop is under new management with new franchise owners. All the familiar faces are no longer there. The former staff were consistently personable, friendly, and professional. I will miss that atmosphere. Time to find a new spot.
