Horrible experience. Ordered a #11 with extra vinegar and mayo. Got home and non was added to the sandwich. When i went to the store the “manager” melissa or michelle (Too annoyed to remember) was nasty. First she wanted to simply add the mayo and vinegar. I asked her to make me a new sandwich. She was clearly annoyed that i made the request. THEN she proceeds to make my sandwich and EMPTY the bottle of vinegar on my sandwich. It was probably about half a bottle of vinegar. When i asked to speak to her boss she said she is not able to reach out to him. When i told her she was being rude by pouring the whole bottle of vinegar on my sandwich she smirked. She was not able to tell me when her boss would be at the store. I will make sure to go to the store to speak to her boss. Horrible customer service.

I picked a tuna fish wrap that I ordered online BIG MISTAKE ! because I Can’t See it when they prepared 🫣 When I got home I recorded because I can’t believe that “soapy wrap” very sad !!

Thursday afternoon lunch hour with my older brother and decided to try Jersey Mike’s and dine in for the first time. The turkey sandwich was delicious and service in there got friendlier with everyone I spoke to.
Truly a sub-above with the recommendations by the crafty culinary experts with an artistic chef’s charm. The sandwich was cut perfectly and the cheese complimented to turkey beautifully.
A great kick of black pepper on my sandwich with a little bit of spicy sauce made my day — and I could not do without the cool iced tea from the refrigerator.
Again, a great atmosphere, great service and fantastic dine in experience. If you’re looking for a fast casual dine in with friendly hardworking people my tip would be try Jersey Mike’s on Galloping Hill in Union NJ —
This is my first time ever at Jersey Mike's Subs I like giving to charity when I can. So I went there today 'because I see they donate one hundred percent of all sales today to make a wish foundation, so I wanted to support them the only good thing is the people are nice thats the sole reason, I gave them 2 stars . I'm a cook I know what good flavored food supposed to taste like The woman that put my sandwich together, it was so sloppy. They didn't spread the mayo globbed it on the bread part of the bread had Mayo part of it didn't because she didn't spread it right? Dumped a bunch of pepper on it. There's no flavor to the roast beef ha ha ha hopes cuz. It had high hopes because the website says they cook the Roast Beef right on the premises. I love roast beef. But jersey mikes it dry and no flavor at all. Jersey Mike's sub seams overpriced for the size There's nothing special about the food . I've even had better at Subway but There's more flavor in the roast beef at WaWa the price is half of what it costs at jersey.Mike's for the same size .This was my first and my last time I would not be going back

This about the 6-7th I walk into this location and after placing my order over 20 minutes prior to arriving I’m constantly being made to wait another 20minutes. It’s never ready at the time it says on my pick up order. They barely acknowledge you when walking in and some home they claim it’s because my order was made incorrectly. When they first opened the union location it was never like this. I have no clue what’s going on with management and timeliness at this location but they need to do better before the township of Union stops business here. I doubt I’ll be coming to the Union NJ location again.

This isnt the first or the second time I’ve ordered and my sandwich was totally wrong. Also if I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way all I want to know is how much extra it will cost and then make it the way Ive paid to have it done. PBP! So my chicken cheesesteak was supposed to have been on a white flour wrap extra onions NO PEPPERS. and I saw her right it down and ofcourse when I get honey my sandwich was nothing like I requested. DO BETTER!!!
