Thursday afternoon lunch hour with my older brother and decided to try Jersey Mike’s and dine in for the first time. The turkey sandwich was delicious and service in there got friendlier with everyone I spoke to.
Truly a sub-above with the recommendations by the crafty culinary experts with an artistic chef’s charm. The sandwich was cut perfectly and the cheese complimented to turkey beautifully.
A great kick of black pepper on my sandwich with a little bit of spicy sauce made my day — and I could not do without the cool iced tea from the refrigerator.
Again, a great atmosphere, great service and fantastic dine in experience. If you’re looking for a fast casual dine in with friendly hardworking people my tip would be try Jersey Mike’s on Galloping Hill in Union NJ —

This is my first time ever at Jersey Mike's Subs I like giving to charity when I can. So I went there today 'because I see they donate one hundred percent of all sales today to make a wish foundation, so I wanted to support them the only good thing is the people are nice thats the sole reason, I gave them 2 stars . I'm a cook I know what good flavored food supposed to taste like The woman that put my sandwich together, it was so sloppy. They didn't spread the mayo globbed it on the bread part of the bread had Mayo part of it didn't because she didn't spread it right? Dumped a bunch of pepper on it. There's no flavor to the roast beef ha ha ha hopes cuz. It had high hopes because the website says they cook the Roast Beef right on the premises. I love roast beef. But jersey mikes it dry and no flavor at all. Jersey Mike's sub seams overpriced for the size There's nothing special about the food . I've even had better at Subway but There's more flavor in the roast beef at WaWa the price is half of what it costs at jersey.Mike's for the same size .This was my first and my last time I would not be going back

This about the 6-7th I walk into this location and after placing my order over 20 minutes prior to arriving I’m constantly being made to wait another 20minutes. It’s never ready at the time it says on my pick up order. They barely acknowledge you when walking in and some home they claim it’s because my order was made incorrectly. When they first opened the union location it was never like this. I have no clue what’s going on with management and timeliness at this location but they need to do better before the township of Union stops business here. I doubt I’ll be coming to the Union NJ location again.

This isnt the first or the second time I’ve ordered and my sandwich was totally wrong. Also if I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way all I want to know is how much extra it will cost and then make it the way Ive paid to have it done. PBP! So my chicken cheesesteak was supposed to have been on a white flour wrap extra onions NO PEPPERS. and I saw her right it down and ofcourse when I get honey my sandwich was nothing like I requested. DO BETTER!!!

I actually love coming here, but I noticed that your workers don't change their gloves when they wipe off the counter with the dirty rag and proceed to touch people's food. THAT'S SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. I'll erase this comment and change it to five Stars once the owner responds. Thanks!

I came to New Jersey from Brooklyn. Wanted Jersey Mike's very badly. Went to this spot and the staff was amazing. Absolutely very attentive and extremely nice. The entire staff, not to mention the food was excellent.
I love the Chicken Cheesesteak! I have never tried anything else, but this sandwich is always good.

They refused to toast or even warm my turkey and Swiss sandwich. Literally every time I request this in Michigan they do it no problem. RIDICULOUS!!!

So as a pregnant woman I was craving a deli sandwich of course we aren’t suppose to have cold cuts. But I kindly asked the person working there if they could heat up my deli meat. The guy gave me the quickest coldest ‘No’ and I was baffled because I literally just had Jersey Mike’s in Secaucus and they made my sandwich with my deli meat heated up no problem. I don’t understand why they couldn’t do it here but I won’t spend my money at this particular Jersey Mike’s just because of that encounter. They should be ashamed of themselves!

We ordered through the app and when it arrived one of our sandwiches was not there. Called the store and they said the driver probably stole it and to take it up with doordash and get a new driver. Seriously? Bag was sealed, they obviously screwed up but now it’s our problem?
