Came here for my GF's birthday brunch. The service was excellent! Jerri took care of all of our needs, and it was a large party---at least 25 og us! I can't eat red sauce, so I had the pesto penne pasta and garlic knots. It was delicious! Jerri even took some group pix. The Birthday Woman was very happy; and we were too. 😊

I won a $25 gift certificate at a local basket auction, which had no expiration date on it. Inadvertently, I had the certificate in a drawer and didn't use it for at least a year. As I said, it had no expiration date so I figured I was ok. When I went in to place my order I handed the woman the certificate and she ripped it up and said it expired after one year. She wasn't nice about it. Note: there was not an expiration date on it, only a date of issue. I did not place an order. I walked out. I will not return.

The owner is very interesting and sociable. A nice local pizzeria. Pizza was greasy, thin but good. We bought cheese and pepperoni slices, so fresh pies would probably be better. Pepperoni was very tasty.

I guess my idea of good pizza and others ideas vary greatly. It was really bad. Almost see through and so much grease leaking through the bag. It was like an oil spill. It’s just cheese and bread. Never again

Stopped in for some pizza. Got a plain cheese pizza and the Joe’s Special to split between three folks. Delicious tasting pizza. CASH ONLY establishment; there is an ATM onsite.
Best pizza on the planet! I grew up eating this pizza and I still drive an hour to get it.

Old tyme, relaxed family style Italian/pizza restaurant. Pizza is a Vg delicious thin crust w small crispy cookie crust. Well worth the trip. Can see why well reguarded.

Dietary restrictions: Most of menu is Vegan and vegetarian friendly either as is on menu or removing the protein. Menu doesn’t say if keto friendly or gluten free.
Parking: Decent sized paved parking lot probably 40-50spots
Kid-friendliness: Multiple TVs on w/ range of seating options. Cookie crust and pizza are always popular w kids. $8 half pie option is cheap and great for friends.

So good!!! I've lived in Maplewood for 10+ years and finally tried Joe's and was not disappointed! The jersey thin crust pies are deliciously crispy and topped with a generous amount of cheese. Garlic knots are super-garlicky and buttery, an indulgent treat. Cash only.
