I ordered my drink 30 min early for pickup. When i got there it wasn’t busy and no one was at the counter. The guy was in the back for a good min before he realized there were customers. I had ordered two drinks, and he started making it when we got there, so i don’t really understand whats the whole point of ordering in advance for pickup up then. Tell me why, he got both orders fully wrong even though he printed the order out. I gave them back to him and told him it’s not what i ordered. Had to wait again for him to redo it. Smh drink was still mid.

The menus had one price and the cashier deliberately tells me that those prices are incorrect. I advised that she should either honor CURRENTLY advertised price ($2 less) or remove the old menus, it’s really not good for business. She continued to say that there were no managers and no way to reach them to resolve such a matter. It’s the worst! This is a simple fix, if you’re going to change the prices, change the menus! Don’t confuse the customers or hold us accountable to your unorganized mess.

Mobile ordered today the strawberry shortcake series I tried two so far and they have been delicious and literally my favorite at the moment, love strawberries they are absolutely my favorite fruit but literally can’t wait to try one of everything … ;)
