Seriously? Adding 18% gratuity on a party of 4 AND delivering subpar service? Ok, there was one other person only at the restaurant when my family and I came in for dinner and our orders were delivered one at a time and lukewarm. Taste-wise the food was ok, however the young lady waiting on us never came by to ask if our non-existing expectations had been met or if we needed anything. I had to draw her attention twice to get a couple of things, also had to come up to the counter to request a spare spoon. Tipping should always be voluntary, specially on parties smaller than 6. Unless you’re the Ritz-Carlton and are providing exceptional food and service, which this place is not. I’m not from the area, and will definitely not be coming back again.

Excellent food, great service!

Food was good but the service here is horrible. They automatically put gratuity on the check and it was only a table of 3. I don’t know if it’s because they already know they’re getting a tip that they have terrible service but it wasn’t a good experience. Probably won’t be coming here to eat anymore there are other peruvian restaurants with better service.

I want everyone to know that I recently had the opportunity to work there as a waitress and I want them to know that the owner of the establishment keeps the tips on the card since he says it is to buy the place's utensils which is very unfair. since he has to buy that as the owner of the place not from our tips since it is our salary we live off of it and I thank everyone who reads this and the next time you want to go to this place if you want to leave a tip it should be in cash because in No card, they don't give it and many times we leave with little cash while there are many tips left on the card. I thank each person who takes the time to read this and be aware that as waiters we do not have a high salary since we live off the tips and It is unfair that they take that from you and say that it is for utensils of the place when you have good customer service it does not matter because if the tips are on a card they will not give it to you I think it is our right to raise our voice and communicate what is wrong I hope my message makes a little difference for us as employees, sometimes we allow ourselves to be intimidated and decide to remain silent but today I do this because I know it can make a difference 🙌🏻

They Switch my order with out my knowledge, and far is I know is disrespectful to the customer and the Peruvian food that is one of the best in the world

The customer service is horrible in this place, no wonder the restaurant is always and I mean always empty, Last month I went with a few co workers and we waited 45 minutes for them to bring our food, I don't understand how customers came in after us and they were getting their food quicker then us. Today I went to pick up food for me and my coworkers and the customer service was horrible, I can see the cooks fooling around through the their kitchen window, and they were making side remarks with the waitresses. I don't know if they were making remarks towards me, but it was so unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. And whats worse is that the food I brought to my co workers was horrible as hell, the arroz chaufa wasn't raw but wasn't fully cooked like the last time I went. The Fried Wanton was horrible as hell, some had cheese and the other portion had chicken, It was suppose to have pork.The sauce that goes with the Fried Wanton was horrible and it wasn't sweet at all. Maybe if the cooks paid more attention to cooking and less fooling around, the food would have been better. Horrible experience, I am so not going back.
