MaMa's Southern Style BBQ 2

I had oxtails, macaroni and cheese, cabbage amazing. My husband had meat loaf, macaroni and cheese with collard greens. The collard greens were top notch like grandmas cooking. Oxtails good amount meaty and delicious. Macaroni and cheese no complaints, cabbage a little too much pepper but I cleaned the plate. Meatloaf was also good would recommend less honey (too sweet) if that's what they used. It was our first visit and we will be returning with the family. It was a good home cooked dinner worth every dime. Keep up the good work and amazing service. See you soon

Food was good, don't get me wrong. Just thought the sauce they used on the meatloaf was to sweet. Other then that I'm going back to try the fish and the shrimp.

These wings were clearly cooked in old grease for $15 for 6 is unacceptable they’re better at the Chinese restaurant way over priced and not worth it

I ordered the bar be qued chicken, white meat to be picked up. Upon arrival, the young lady had difficulty *finding the order* on the small piece of paper that had a lot of scribbling on it.
Finally, she found it.
Opening my food at home only to find 1/2 chicken (which is white & dark meat) with brown gravy....nothing close to bar be que sauce (which I asked for). Since I don't eat dark meat, this was a total waste of money and time.
On top of all of this, the taste was horrible. If I had not been recovering from an accident, I would have carried it back. I'm done. Guess I should have also read the other reviews as well.

Today was my wife and I first time visiting the restaurant and the food was magnificent. The service was great. The quality of the food was fantastic. I will definitely be a lifetime customer great job and I am definitely happy to support a black Family business.

Food is disgusting, Yams tasted like they were fresh out the can and gave me food poisoning… literally just threw my food up in the toilet

I had the pulled pork dinner a few times. I was disappointed with the last one. Much more skin than pulled pork. I felt like they didn't do much quality control with this dinner. I always requested extra sauce. Never got it, and no indication of my requst on the orderThey're on time out for awhile.

Ordered oxtails and found hair on the oxtail.

I'm a trucker driver and I travel all over the USA. This place right here is one of the gem that only the locals know about. Fortunately for me I like to get out and talk to the people. MAMAS is the place to grab and go or sit and eat . Food is very very good home style perfect 👌. The cashier was very sweet and beautiful to conversate with . I will be coming back !

Food is alright , customer service is 0 lady who picks up the phone is rude try to rush you off the phone and then you come to pick up the food she has no customer service skills at all . Not a friendly environment. I wouldn’t be coming here again this my 3rd time eating from here only twice I sent someone in to get my food but this time I seen for myself . And then the credit card fee is now 3$ and some change it was 1.79 a month ago idk what changed . 80$ for poor customer service is ridiculous. But soon as another customer they know they greet them all happy but people they don’t they are rude

I will never understand why it takes sooo long to take an order. Whether you call ahead or walk in, for the life of me, I can't understand why the menu does not have 30 items but I waited 8 min to order?!! I work in a restaurant. I don't know if it's a lack of organization, a lack of communication or a lack of concern. Maybe there needs to be a different prep protocol before they start service.
