I order the same breakfast sandwich(spinach eggs Swiss cheese and zest tomatoes and turkey bacon on a croissant. Soooo delicious every time……

I don't understand the hype about this bagel spot. Every time i go inside to order or pick my order up there is ALWAYS an issue its made incorrectly or just my hot sandwich is cold. I understand they are busy however they need to pay more attention to costumer care and just shower more love into what they do which is cook peoples food. ALSO highly over priced we are in Union NJ ... They barley put any meat on the sandwiches

Manhattan bagle was flexible to prepare my special order from the menu. The food was delicious and well presented.

I am inclined to like where I go. You can see how many 5-star reviews I post to know this. I was so disappointed in this place from start to finish. I understand they're too busy to take phone orders. No.problem. But there is NO way to order online to pick up yourself. Only if you want to pay DOOR DASH. GRUB HUB or 15
other for-profit places. No. I just want to place sn order for ME to come pick up. Can't do it, Bro. So then I'm ordering on the kiosk. Pit in my rewards number, enter my $20 breakfast order for two people. Can't check out. Have to go to the (slow-moving) queue. The woman who finally takes my order does not understand Avocado Toast on a Garlic Bagel with Bermuda Onions, which is an item on their menu. I literally repeat the same thing 7 times & then she gets it. As if the 7th time saying the exact same thing somehow makes it understandable. She charges me $1.00 extra for the onion... for 5 little pieces of onion! I order a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. She charged me $.75 for Swiss cheese. Mind you She doesn't tell me there's an upcharge for onion or Swiss cheese. These sandwiches are already $7 and $7.50....
My bill was $20! And This small order took another 12 minutes to receive, which is why I wanted to order it in advance for ME to pick up. On top of this she didn't enter my phone number so I didn't get my REWARD points. Very disappointed.

It took 15+ minutes for a 2 bagel order and a drink. The receipt was correct, however they gave us the wrong bagels and cream cheese. So disappointing.
