No burger patty on our cheeseburger!! I don’t really go to McDonalds, but we have the app so we can get good deals every now and then if the kids and I are running around and really don’t have time to stop somewhere better. I did a mobile order while in line bc both lanes were so long, I had enough time to do the order and pay before even reaching the speaker. It was VERY simple. A cheeseburger with extra pickles and a medium fry. After we finally got our food and started driving home, we were about halfway there, and my daughter is like, “Mom, there’s no meat on here”, she passes me the burger and there is no meat! I obviously wasn’t going to turn around bc that line was crazy and we were almost home. But that’s crazy that on a 2 item order, one item didn’t have the main ingredient. (I added a pic of the receipt-2 items.)

The service was wonderful! These people keep this place very clean, exceptional service and greetings. The food was hot. The place was super clean. One of the very few McDonalds like this with a clean play place!
The food is terrible. Went there two days in a row and found black strand of hair in my food each time. They are not covering their hair at all. Burgers and bun are old and stale. Also I have complained many of times that the fries are cold and they do not fill them up to the top. I was told by the Manager that the owners advise them not to fill them up. I will no longer go to this restaurant. Stay away if you do not want to get sick!
