The food is terrible. Went there two days in a row and found black strand of hair in my food each time. They are not covering their hair at all. Burgers and bun are old and stale. Also I have complained many of times that the fries are cold and they do not fill them up to the top. I was told by the Manager that the owners advise them not to fill them up. I will no longer go to this restaurant. Stay away if you do not want to get sick!

Customer service cannot get worse than this!! We waited 20 minutes for our food, nothing, when my husband went to see what was going on nobody even touched the order ticket. It was over half an hour to get FAST FOOD and we didn’t even get a sorry when we mention how long it took. Was it really that hard to say sorry for the delay, we’re busy or something?? The food was awful too and I’m a McDonald’s fan. I had a quarter pounder… right now, I never wanna have a quarter pounder again it was that bad. 🤮🤮🤮 the place was so filthy. Oh my gosh!!!

Everything was delicious and fresh. The service was great. Kiosk gave me a hard time, so an employee took care of everything for me so I could order easier. They have a playplace that my daughter loved. Free wifi was slow, but there was a plug to charge my phone so my daughter could play longer. Use the app for deals.
