I cane to order 2 sandwiches for my kids. I asked for the lettuce and tomatoes on the side instead of on the sandwiches for my picky kids. Owner old man gets nasty and tells me it will cost extra bc I want what's on my sandwiches anyway on the side. I've been here plenty of times for parties ect and never had an issue. This man needs to retire if he can't give good customer service.

Guy cutting the meat expects you to understand the process of how to order. They need to hire someone to speak to customer before passing it off to the guy that you order your sandwich with. The guy looks like he hates his job. Sandwich was mid.

This sub shop is truly stellar. Having just discovered this shining gem, I wish to direct other wise people searching for a superb sub shop, there. There are many aspects that render this place worthy of praise. It is pristinely clean, the menu options are extensive, the service is patient,helpful and courteous. Most importantly the food is fresh and cut upon ordering. No mystery meat, nor precut slices are slapped on doughy subpar bread, in miserly portions, here!! The portions on their submarine sandwiches are fresh, generous and the prices are excellent. Quality food in a friendly atmosphere, a solicitous and accomodating owner/staff and a good value for the prices. No price gouging,no impersonal assembly line, no skimping on food&no off-putting unhygienic smells nor handling of the food. Mr. Sub has been in this business for decades and the integrity, passion for his business,product and customer satisfaction shines through. Chef's ? kiss.

The town has changed tremendously in the past dozen years but the quality, value respect and appreciation that Joe and his team genuinely show toward ALL customers hasn’t changed. The team works hard and there is frequently a wait at peak times but that’s understandable for an establishment that is one of the best in the state. Worth a special trip.
