I ordered chicken cutlet buffalo and they gave it to me with lettuce, tomato hot sauce, not buffalo sauce and onion. That’s not how you make that sandwich. So basically they did not give me what I ordered and they also charged me two dollars more than what was on the menu and I still gave a 15% tip and gave the 4 stars. Gone there in seven years because this is what happened last time.

Wish I could give this store a 0 stars. Worse service ever .I honestly don’t know why this business is open. THE GUY IN THE STORE WHO COOK IS NASTY ! No gloves while cooking the food or preparing the food . I saw him wipe snot off his nose while dealing with the food. TRUST ME READING THIS COMMENT YOU WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHO IM TALKING ABOUT IF YOU GO OR GOES TO THE STORE. Horrible, and bad news.

I called to place an order & the person who picked up the phone (a guy) was COMPLETELY NASTY & RUDE. I was paying with card & I don’t normally tip on my card I always tip in cash when the driver gets here & I guess because I said no tip on card he decided to tell me since I’m not tipping (which I never said ! Just not on my card) that I was going to wait an hour for my food ! And hung up on ME ! I decided to call back to cancel my order and the guy flat out said he wasn’t making my order anyway! This is so UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL & NASTY! Over a freaking tip ! What if that’s all the money I had to get a DECENT MEAL ! like I’m Flabbergasted right now ! Todays date is 12/20/23

Really good food. Padonno's been in union for years. And ill admit its been a while. Today I had to have one of their signature Fat sandwiches. The manager said they setting up when arrived but gladly took my order. When I returned my order was still worn, deliv=cious, and exactly as I remembered it. Thank you, Padonnos, heres to you guys staying around for a long time.

Delivery person was quick and very nice. The large margarita pizza, however, was terrible. Mostly flavorless sauce and crust, tiny little dots of mozzarella, and basil that was baked into oblivion. There was also no olive oil on the pie. In total, I paid nearly $30 including a generous tip for the driver. Very disappointing.

I’m not sure if maybe there was a different cook the day I ordered, however the pizza did not taste as usual. I loved that it was normally more of a thinner crust, however this time it arrived very thick with a very small amount of cheese; it was mainly sauce and bread. Prior to, I hadn’t ordered from there for months so maybe this is their new recipe, if so, I guess I’ll just have to find a new store for my desire thin/NY style pizza.

My husband was craving a fat sandwich yesterday. I ordered 2 fat sandwiches for the both of us on doordash. they were absolutely delicious. They are always good but yesterday they were cooked to perfection. we got a fat cat and a see you at the gym without the egg.
Went in to get a slice and cancelled after realizing I didn’t have enough cash. The guy yelled me and hushed me. I was going to go there again but now never again

AMAZING. that’s the only word to describe padonnas. The friendly atmosphere and great food always make me happy to eat here. The fat sandwhiches are PERFECT. ALWAYS packed up and wrapped perfectly and ready for me and my family to eat. Called on a friday night for delivery. The pizzas always great but i ordered some fat sandwhiches and they were the best. Everyone i spoke to was super nice and the delivery was great!

I’ve been coming here for years and pizza was always good. The past few times the pizza has become very thin and smaller in size. Very disappointed with the last order, we ordered a monster pie with 3 toppings and the pie should have been as big as the big box they put it in but that’s not the case. there was barely any toppings on each slice, also what happened to the cheese, I felt like I was eating mostly sauce and bread with a sprinkle of cheese. Unfortunately after spending $75 we didn’t feel satisfied and full due to not much cheese on the pie. The sandwiches were fine. I know everywhere you go lately everyone is skimping, Please go up on your prices and put the normal amount of cheese on your pies. We will gladly pay more if that’s the issue. This isn’t the first time we had this cheese issue but with another pizza place also.
