As a local realtor, Iâm always on the move between showings and appointments, and Panda Express has become one of my favorite quick stops for a quality meal. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is consistently friendly which makes a big difference when youâre grabbing lunch between clients.
The Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef never miss, and the portions are generous for the price. Whether Iâm dining in or taking it to go, itâs always clean, efficient, and reliable. Itâs nice having a spot that you can count on when youâre working all around town!
I ordered the bigger plate with fried rice and 3 portions of original orange chicken from the drive thru. I noticed I had large chunks of chicken. When I sliced one open I saw little to no chicken. This is example of quantity over quality and trying to deceive customers. I paid roughly $16 for this meal with a drink and it was underwhelming and unprofessional. I recommend customers to avoid this restaurant on route 22 until there is a complete change of quality and proper care for customers.

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Panda Express. I arrived at the location around 9:00 PM, where I stood in line for five minutes without being greeted, despite three employees being present behind the counter. When I was finally acknowledged, I placed my order for a Bigger Plate with Mushroom Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp on the side. However, I was left waiting another five minutes before anyone even began preparing my order. Once my food was bagged and I paid, I left, only to discover an hour laterâafter driving to workâthat my order was completely wrong. Instead of what I requested, I received Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken with fried rice. This was frustrating and disappointing, as I paid $16 for a meal I could not even eat. There is no point in asking customers what they would like only to disregard their request. This location urgently needs to focus on staffing and properly training employees to prioritize accuracy and customer service.

Today I stopped by to eat at 5:30pm, I was starving cause I didnât have lunch. I usually eat there after my work and never had any complaints, but today It was very very bad! I ordered Chow main, black pepper steak and shrimp honey Cajun , everything was going well until I eat the first shrimp, and I noticed that the favor was a kind of different, weird, but I kept eating, at the end I started to eat the remaining shrimps so I noticed a shrimp that wasnât cooked together đ€·ââïž, so I realized that the flavor wasnât good because the shrimp first wasnât clean, I noticed poops from the shrimp and not cooked shrimp, I am very disappointed with that and if I get sick Iâll fill a lawsuit against this restaurant.

I ordered 3 portions for me and my co workers. Teriyaki chicken was horrible tasted like rubber. It was inedible. Also the chow main noodles tasted like rubber with some flavor. Orange chicken and mushroom chicken was good. The price was ok I guess but maybe for the quality of the food it was appropriate. Walnut shrimp was ok but because one of my coworkers had to order something else from a different restaurant this location needs to improve.
